I Sent a claim into you in regards to the car insurance i had where their may have been unauthorised comission added on and was told we have registered your complaint and will keep you informed of what is going on but quite frankly it has been like pulling teeth so i had a word with the legal team at the University and asked their advice and they suggested i put a review on this system to see
