Difficult procees - no issues

COMPLETE FAILURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
FOR A START I AM NO LONGER A CUSTOMER OF YOURS. I CONTACTED YOU TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PROPOSED RENEWAL BUT WAS TREATED SO BADLY OVER A PERIOD OF 2 HOURS THAT I CANCELLED MY POLICY. MY CALL WAS HUNG UP ON SEVERAL TIMES AND YOU WERE NO HELP. I FINALLY SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY WHO PROCESSED MY CANCELLATION. YOU ARE STILL BOMBARDING ME WITH MULTIPLE E-MAILS - SOMETIMES 4 AT A TIME AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
