I have used the products for nearly two years, and have spent nearly £1,000 as I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. The products did really help, that’s not the issue. The last warrior balm I bought was lumpy and gritty, isthmus looks like it’s curdled. On MCC advice, I put it in the fridge, but that made no difference to the texture. It was suggested I had stored it wrong, but I’ve always stored the product the same way, then suggested I had contaminated it. I asked if I could send it back for them to check, and was told they would let me know, they didn’t. I have a nearly full large pot of Warrior Balm that I cannot use as it takes over 5 minutes to massage the lumps in, and with arthritic hands, I cannot do it. All previous jars of warrior balm have been easily absorbed into my skin, this is also greasy, so doesn’t absorb fully. I had a few people contact me saying they had also had the gritty and lumpy jar of warrior balm, and when contacting mcc they were dismissive.
It’s such a shame, as the warrior balm really helps, but due to the way my complaint has been dealt with, I won’t buy from them again. I am not trying to cause any trouble for them as I know they are a very small business, but they need to take complaints and concerns on board, and not take it as a personal attack

Fabulous service as always! Products are absolutely amazing I keep coming back to restock.
I know times are hard but I will say that these products really are worth every penny.
I take advantage of the payment methods available when I need to as well. If you use them, they do help make things more manageable.

This time I purchased a large warrior balm. When your use daily it's the best value for money. But there are 3 sizes to suit all budgets.

Most importantly it really works! I use daily for fibromyalgia pain, headaches, joint pain, nerve pain.

It can take a while to dial down the pain in the beginning especially if you have been struggling for a while. So it's definitely worth perseverance. It has made a huge difference in my life helping me to manage long term chronic pain.

I absolutely wouldn't be without it.

As far as service goes it's been excellent in all areas! Every single time.

I can't recommend enough.
And if you need a little extra lift and pamper there are some products to help you there too.

I hope as many people as possible get to experience the amazing benefits from the products. They really are a game changer.

It was an international purchase from Latvia, unfortunately comapny didn't put my phone number or email address on the label when sending it and it is causing me problems now. When we buy stuff from non EU contries we have to pay toll fee on arrival, for that they need to know our email or phone number, so they can send a link to pay the fee, now they can't do it and i have to pay extra for paying in person. Can't comment on the product as i still haven't received it.

I've been using MCC Products for a few years now, they're all amazing and no horrible chemicals.

I've a very long list of medical conditions and MCC helps so much with my pain, my skin and hair. I think i have most of their range now. I wont use any other products now, these work so well.

MCC makes magic in a jar. I struggle heavily with my fibro and their warrior balm, sleep oil, muscle magic and SOS balm are just dreamy.

Becki and Mark have helped so many people. I’ve recommended it to family and friends - even my partner uses it which is unusual as he never uses anything. I use the SOS balm on my fresh tattoos and they heal so much quicker and better.

Warrior balm is so amazing though. I’ve used so many jars and even gave a jar to my friend who had hip surgery and she said it worked better than her painkillers! Highly recommend. Not only is this companies products great but their customer service is superior. They have an open support group to help people use their products or provide support for people struggling with this chronic illness which shows how kind and compassionate they are and much they value their customers

I know I have posted reviews of MCC before but with a company this amazing I won’t ever stop. I’ve been using a variety of their products over the last few years and can say wholeheartedly they are amazing. Yes they may not work for everyone but that’s life. Their shampoos are the best I’ve ever used. When I used branded shampoos my hair would become brittle then greasy after a few days but using MCC shampoo my hair felt so much better (even without the conditioner). The warrior balm has been a god send due to me having allergies to certain branded gels/creams and the fact it doesn’t leave a sticky feeling after makes it so much better. I also use the warrior balm for migraines and TMJ pain too. As for the customer service well what can I say. They’ve always been quick to respond and if they are delayed in responding they’ll apologise. Their facebook page has some wonderful admin who do their best to help in any way they can. I could easily go on for hours about how amazing they are but it speaks for itself. As for the reviews about the admin etc being rude I’d like to point out that they are never rude even when faced with people who are adamant to make them look bad. So give them a try and let the products and staff show you the truth.

Wow what fantastic customer service 10/10 which I received on my first order, I stupidly did a duplicate order and emailed them straight away for help almost instantly I received a refund .Amazingly my order arrived next day well packaged and I can honestly say the products I bought have miraculously helped my back but most importantly I have slept for the last four nights which I haven’t been able to do more than three hours a night for the last four years since my accident. Thank you so much I’ve already recommended your products.

These products just keep on getting better & better. Iv used these products since I was first officially diagnosed in 2018 . Prior to this not having a clue what was happening to me.
