E-Mail Support has not answered for 90…
E-Mail Support has not answered for 90 with an issue with receiving my order. My order was sent back after me not picking it up (my bad on that part, it was sent to a package shop that's an hour trip for me that's only open at night, not their fault). I sent the a screenshot that said my package was being sent back. They did not believe me and wanted me to investigate for them. Their E-Mail support felt the need to vent at me after I said it's unbelievable that I haven't heard from them in 1 & 1/2 months and that I'll contact their payment provider. Within hours they answered and refunded me, because they're nice and I'm not (according to said support). Yea my bad but a 2 liner about me saying that I'll contact their payment provider and that it's unprofessional they haven't answered in that long doesn't warrant a several paragraph rant about what I should have done, 90 days later instead of just explaining their case to me.
Probably a good shop, I see that I acted wrong but their E-Mail support is borderline scary. I ordered in April, got a refund in after enduring whatever that was in August.

They charged me an extra surprise fee…
They charged me an extra surprise fee on delivery for "handling" on top of the shipping. This makes it more expensive than buying it in a local store. And it has nothing to do with customs as it is free between the involved countries since a long rime.

Order arrived incomplete, but missing item was replaced
First impression was good as the company provides very accurate and detailed information on the ordering and shipping process. But when the order arrived, it wasn‘t complete, 1 item was missing and the company hasn’t reacted to any form of contact so far.
Afterword: After the review the seller responded to my contact efforts, made inquiries with regard to the order and shipped the missing item right away.

Communication with Motorcycle Soul was very good. I had some issues with the pinlock of Schuberth S3 helmet so I sent few photos to them. It was replaced under warranty so I didn't have to sent the helmet back to Motorcycle Soul. This warranty process was very smooth. I can recommend Motorcycle Soul.

Good support
I had to return a Bell helmet. Initially i had to contact the support team in three ways (email, whatsapp, website message) until they got back to me and i was a bit frustrated, but when they got in touch, the team was very polite and supportive and they helped me to exchange it. Now i have received my DMD helmet and it fits lovely.
