Yet to receive delivery of my order.
It is now April 9, 2025 and I have yet to receive my order. Motorcycle Soul was notified of this as of April 3rd (which is a day after they sent me an email indicating the item was delivered). Their only email response was that they will investigate. I have not heard back from the company since April 3rd and this is after following on 2 occasions requesting an update and then a full refund. I will follow up with my bank and then do a google review if no response is received.

Price was good, but helmet had small defect
Price was good, delivery fast and package was as expected.
However, helmet has a defect that seems like someone tried to repair (or caused it). Helmet comes with two sets of cheek pads and helmet was delivered with one smaller and one larger installed, as if someone was trying them in a weird combination and while doing so broken one of three fasteners on the right side.
I didn't return the helmet as I can fix the pad with some 3M double sided tape, but it's still expensive helmet that should not have such defects upon purchase.

I will never buy again and I do not recommend it.
I ordered the product on February 11, 2025. On February 18, 2025 I wrote a request to see if my order was being processed. On February 2025 I had to repeat the request to which I received a response that the product would be shipped today, I think they forgot to do it. I only received the product on February 25, 2025. When buying from 24mx stores, I usually receive the product within 3 business days. I will never buy again and I do not recommend it.

Shipping took about one week to Croatia. One item was out of stock so they refunded me after shipping. One of the items was missing (gloves) from the package, but they responded to my e-mail immediately and acknowledged their mistake, it was delivered separately in 3 days. Overall good experience. Best prices online and free shipping.

SW Motech Gear Lever
I couldn't find anyone in the UK to get this Gear Lever, either out of stock or a long wait. I found MS on a search so decided to give them a go. A small mix-up with the order initially due to a stock discrepancy, however they got into it and my lever arrived within the time they said, so very happy with the overall experience, good communication too. Best bit, I saved a fair few quid as well. 10/10.

I bought a Roeg motorcycle helmet
I bought a Roeg motorcycle helmet. This is my second purchase from Motorcycle Soul, they have a great range of products and deliver promptly to overseas (I’m in Australia). Motorcycle Soul is now 1 of 2 overseas motorcycle clothing and accessory shops that I use for all my motorcycle related purchases. I don’t even try to shop in Australia now.
