It takes a long time for the goods to leave the seller, which you are informed about when you place your order. It is a bit frustrating to get your order in 2 to 3 weeks, within EU, as with most other international sellers, my experience is 5 working days at the most.
If you can overlook this, the experience is excellent.

Order wasn't shipped for weeks, had to write them multiple times to check and finally they sent it, got it after almost a month, with zero communication.

Ordering process was simple. Product is excellent. Communication on dispatch was poor as I had to chase up to find out where the order was.

Got here in two weeks from Italy to lower Australia.
Also the only place that actually sold this gear. Got me comin back.

I ordered €650 worth of gear from Motorcycle Soul in April. After waiting for three weeks, I reached out to them via WhatsApp to ask about the expected delivery date, and was berated by customer service that such a wait was well-within communicated deadlines, and that the several weeks of "shipping" time referred to the time until the store would ship the order, not until it arrives.
After receiving the order, I decided to return a jacket and a pair of gloves. The store does not provide shipping labels, so return shipping cost over €30. They then refused to accept the package, so it was returned to me, months later. I now had to issue a chargeback request for that portion of the order.

This is a store to be avoided at all costs. You may think it's bad that they take several weeks to ship an order, but the customer service is actually quite a lot worse.

I bought a Premier Trophy helmet on first of May this year and received the helmet around three weeks later - quite long for a shipment from Italy to Germany, but okay, that is the delivery time they promise.
I only wore the helmet a few times due to the really bad weather, when in September the snap button of the visor broke in two halfs and it was not longer possible to close the visor. I have complained about the helmet because of this defect and asked either for a substitute visor or for a credit note on their customer portal. I did this three times without getting any feedback. After that I wrote an email to the customer service with the same result - no reaction.
A new visor costs between 30€ and 80€ depending on the colour and I think this is not how customers should be treated. I, myself am a sales person and I would loose my job ignoring customer´s claims in this way. Therefore it was the last time that I ordered something from Motorcycle Soul.

The leather jacket was just what I was looking for. They answered my questions promptly, which assisted me to make my purchase decision. It was competitively priced as was the freight cost. It arrived within the time frame they had advised, totally hassle free. Ciao bella!

Absolutely the worst e-shopping experience ever! Firstly it took almost 2 month to receive the goods (no answers to questions during that time) - at the time of ordering the product was in stock. When I finally received the package, it was the wrong item. Similar, but not the one I ordered. And on top of everything - received item was cheaper than the item I ordered. Informed them about the issue by email one week ago - no response 😠.

It took a bit longer, but I received everything in perfect condition.

Really don't know what to write! Made a purchase through the Motorcycle Soul store, paid my item and I recived it in perfectly secured package, right size, right graphic (motorcycle helmet)!! 5 stars to the store!!

All went well, i got the goods as described, very good price, value! I can recommend. However, it took more than a week for them to confirm the shipping then another week for the shipment to arrive. Might be a special case but keep that in mind. Thanks!

Good price and met delivery times , experience would have been better with faster initial ready to ship processing time, but all good in the end and would return again.
