Good prices, slow shipping, inconvenient returns.
Competitive prices, and a pretty good selection of products. Shipping was extremely slow. I ordered in late April. After one day, I received a confirmation saying that the products were available. A full week later, I received a confirmation that the order was now being processed. After ten more days, I sent a message asking whether there were any updates, and got a passive-aggressive "Our Shipping page says it takes 5-15 days, and it's only been 13 working days because of a holiday in the middle. Your order will get processed in the next few days". Three weeks after ordering, the order was sent, and a week later it arrived, for a grand total of waiting a month.
Also, the process to return items is: "Print this form, fill in details by hand, and ship at your own expense to this location in Italy. You'll have to deal with customs yourself."
Products are priced well, and they seem okay. Just don't expect fast shipping or friendly service.

Bought a GIVI Canyon tail bag and had it shipped to Canada. After a shipping delay, partly due to postal labor issues in Italy, the parcel arrived quickly.

Very long delivery time
Very long delivery time - first delivery was in bad quality - boots where like second choice quality. Claim process and re- delivery was also very long lasting. In total it took 6 weeks until I received the final delivery.

Item return discarded and customer support just ignores me
I had a helmet shipped to Canada and had to return it. I EXACTLY followed the instructions on the website. My return was discarded with no explanation and item shipped back to Canada. It was an expensive shipping that cost me $150. I contacted the support on Whatsapp for explanation, they told me for international returns there is a special form I needed to submit. I could not see any such form in on the website and asked for a reference. Got no answer, have been trying to reach out to them many times since then, but I'm just ignored. I also sent them an email 45 days ago and no response.?
To your response to my review:
1. I have read the returns web page 2 times and I can not see any specific international instructions. I've been asking to provide a clarification regarding that for weeks now, with no response.
2. The order number is present in both my email and whatsapp chat.
3. I sent the item back within 14 days, which complies with your requirements. How long Italian post took to process it at the customs is out of my control.
4. I am glad if I am the only person who was dissatisfied with the service and support. I could have been just unlucky. All I ask for is please note my experience and see if there's anything that can be improved.

This review is not appropriate and some important information is omitted.
You sent a return from Canada without following our international returns procedures. Before sending the product back you should have contacted us and requested our authorization and documents, this is stated very clearly on our "Returns and Refunds" page which you have certainly read.
Regarding the lack of responses on WA, you contacted Customer Service without indicating your order number, email or name and with a +1(778) number and the security systems quarantined the conversation.
Finally, your communications arrived at least 2 months after delivery of the product, also in this case, as indicated in the terms and conditions, the maximum time for returns is 14 days.
Finally, there are no other reviews from our customers complaining about a problem like yours, simply because there have never been problems like this.

Shady / Ignored support emails
Items delivered quickly and as described (very likely they used drop-shipping), but upon asking for clarification regarding the return policy & process, the company ignored my website messages, emails, and Whatsapp messages.
At the time of this review, my return would not longer reach them in time, but I'm leaving this review to warn other customers.
Would not do business again due to difficulty reaching customer support if an issue arises.

Ordered boots for motorcycle, did receive them as expected in couple week, but with wrong size in the box! Did return them for free and received new ones in correct size. Not 5 stars just because it took too long.
But there is nothing wrong with boots and size 43 as ordered, and fits well.
