Easy transaction and a great couple of guys came and collected my mazda on Monday. Helpful and considerate as this was a reluctant sale.would recommended.

brad and luke came was very easy and understanding about my circumstance of selling my porsche totally put you at ease . and not at all picky about little dings or scuffs that was on my car but i did stipulate this when i started my valuation . will use motordough again in the future if needed. cheers Dave

Luke arrived on time and was very professional and helpful about checking the car. The money arrived in 15 minutes. No problems at all.

I had been trying to sell my car with Motorway, but I was getting frustrated with them because they initially quoted me £5800 (assuming my car was in perfect condition, which it was not) then £5300 (after I uploaded photos via their app) and finally after the first auction £4000. I was obviously very disappointed with this offer, so I rejected it.

I then begin chatting with Sam at Motor Dough, and after I had sent across similar photos, he quoted me £4500.
Today their driver came to collect the car and after he had checked it over to confirm everything was as I had reported it to be, Sam called me and the money was in my bank account within five minutes.
Less than four days from starting communication to the money being in my account, I could not have asked for more from Sam and the team, and I cannot recommend their services high enough!

MotorDough turned up as promised.though there was a slight hiccup in the beginning , it all ended well.

I do understand that it's not easy dealing with costumers who are not honest or not aware of the standard requirements from MotorDough before agreeing to a price and coming to collect .
The process was pretty fast and easy .
Sometimes even pictures cannot provide the true condition of a car. Sometimes during collection, questions were raised.
But all ended well as mentioned.

We will recommend our friends and family to sell to MotorDough. They came promptly, checked car, and shortly they left with the car after I've received payment.

I just sold for the third time to Motordough. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with and the process is hassle free. You are selling to trade so you can't expect to receive garage forecourt prices but they do offer fair valuations and they don't try and dupe you later.

All of the staff we had contact with were polite and efficient, especially Michael who came to collect the car

Wow, what a brilliant experience. I literally spoke to Sam this morning, and John has just taken my car (2:30) and payment is in my bank. A fully no hassle process. Can’t recommend them enough. Very competitive offer made for my car, and the quote offered was what was paid. No admin fees, no removal fees. John who came to pick up my car, phoned first to let me know when he would be with me, and spot on he was here at 2pm. Very friendly, excellent customer service. Thank you to both Sam and, John. Will be contacting you in a few years time when I’m ready to replace the new car I’m getting now.

After trying several of the most popular online car buying sites I gave up due to the very poor lack of communication and also the outrageously low offers they made on my car I include those sites that appear to be the most popular advertised on the tv/internet .a friend told me about motor dough they were very good to deal with no contact issues very friendly and understanding staff particularly Courtney from the admin department. She contacted me quickly after I sold my car to them to ensure that everything was ok with me regarding the sale . Dave the driver/inspector who actually collected the car on the day was very friendly and helpful he explained all the things I needed to know and was very thorough knowledgeable and courteous throughout helping me with the documentation transfer which I really appreciated. Arron Ferguson was the agent with whom I conducted the negotiations he was very up front and so easy to speak with he also gave me good advice regarding:all my queries the sale was conducted expediently and professionally I was contacted some days later to ensure I was happy with the service I received frankly I could not have been happier I found this company to be very upfront and professional honest and reliable they were miles ahead of those one sees advertised on the tv/internet . I am so pleased I found a company that answered my queries and were contactable . I honestly recommend them if your looking to sell your car

It really easy process from start to finish, spoke with Joel from the office who was a great help to get the figure I wanted for the car and then Craig who collected the car was quick, friendly and made the final bit easy for the collection, with no messing around, thank you! Excellent service from start to finish from the office to the driver.
No hassle and gave a good service.
Yes they have to check everything over when arrive, but if your honest then nothing to worry about.
Also the Driver, always missed, but Alex was very professional and new how exactly to look over the car. The company should be happy they have drivers like this that represent their company.
These are customer facing and have to deal with the general public daily.
