Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. It was a very easy process and everything was explained by the professional and friendly staff. There was no pressure to sell and the experience was stress free We agreed to a price and this was honoured, despite some issues with the car which I wasn't aware of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motor Dough 10/10

Excellent friendly service. Spoke to Jamie and everything was simple to arrange and they were very transparent.
The collection of the car was simple and a special shout out to Callum who collected the car. An absolute gent and polite and friendly. A genuine credit to the company. Exactly what exceptional customer service should be.

First Class Operation from Motordough
Motordough seem to operate on the principle of trust. I was honest about the car details, sent a few pics, they gave me a (competitive) valuation. They were then in regular contact (and always responded when I contacted them) to the day that the loader turned up to collect my car. The driver took a few pics and sent them back to MD to verify the car and within minutes I had email confirmation of the Finance Settlement to Audi, and the difference was in my account. Car loaded onto trailer and job done. No hassle, no haggle, no fallout. A pleasure to do business with Sam at Motordough.
