Motorfair lived up to their name - I was given a very fair deal
The staff at Motorfair (220 The Radleys, Birmingham) were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visits. The building itself was spotless and well laid out, and we were offered hot drinks each time we came in, which added a nice touch.
Our salesman, Thomas Foxon, handled the purchase of our Hyundai i20 1.0 T‑GDi 100ps Tech Line 5‑door hatchback. He came across with real integrity—friendly, engaging, and genuinely sincere. The entire experience was smooth, pressure‑free, and never rushed. Everything was explained clearly, with each document talked through to ensure we fully understood what we were signing.
