From start to finish my experience with Motorfinity staff was brilliant. My initial contact was Cameron with whom I discussed the car i wanted after which he guided me through the ordering process. I then spoke with Kitt, who confirmed my order after liaising with the dealer and also advised me on a 5 year maintenance contract I could get. Katie from the delivery team then contacted me and kept me fully informed about my order's progress - car built, car leaves factory, car shipped to UK, car delivered to dealer and finally car delivery to me. The car arrived early which was a bonus!!
The whole process was seamless and I got a fantastic discounted price to boot. Thank you Motorfinity

Only discovered by chance that this was offered via my employer. I'm really glad that we used them as we saved quite a lot of money. The process was seamless from start to finish. Luke, Kitt and Fiona kept us in the loop all the way through and ensured the relevant paperwork and payments were sent. Took delivery of our new car 06.02.26 and its beautiful. Never thought we would be able to own another brand new motor but they made it possible. Excellent scheme foe anyone who is thinking about it - do it.

Faultless Service and overall great experience
I have just taken delivery of my new car purchased through Motorfinity and found the whole process trouble free from start to finish. As well as the discount being excellent the service initially from Matthew was first class and he was very patient and answered all of my questions without fuss. Once I had made the decision to purchase I was then handed over to Katie Powell in the delivery team who I can only describe as fantastic. She kept me fully updated on the progress of my order and her attention to detail and responses to my questions was again superb. So glad I found Motorfinity!
Purchasing my latest car with Motorfinity was a great decision - great discount and customer service throughout. I mostly spoke with Olivia to begin with, then Fiona once the process reached the delivery stage. Both were very nice and friendly on every encounter, and extremely helpful. The delivery itself was very swift on the day and went without issue, I also part exchanged my car and had no issues. Would highly recommend.

Staff unhelpful when things go wrong
Everything went fairly well until the car was delivered damaged. Motorfinity refused to follow the issue through with the dealership and left us to take the matter up with the manufacturer Renault UK. The car was finally repaired on 14-January-2026, almost 4 months after taking delivery of the car. Very disappointed with the after care service received from Motorfinity

Cameron Jones was my initial contact, he was able to guide me through the whole buying process, he ensured form filling on line by me was not a huge challenge to me and was very patient!!!
