Our second experience of buying through Motorfinity and like this first time we were very pleased with all aspects of our buying experience. Katie kept in touch with us and even followed up the day after we had our car which was a nice touch. The delivery driver was friendly and informative. I would definitely buy again from Motorfinity and will be recommending them to friends and family.

A straight forward and stress free way of getting a new car, and i do mean BRAND new! The two agents i dealt with, Luke for ordering and Katie for delivery, were top notch. Would recommend their services to anyone else in my business.

The only reason I'm unable to give 5-stars is due to a 10 day delivery delay with my order that i wasn't officially notified of.

Besides this minor issue, a superb customer experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.Fiona kept me updated all the way through the process. Any query was answered almost immediately whether by phone or email. Professional and friendly Fiona and the team are what Customer Service should be like.I even had a phone call after delivery to ensure all had gone well.

This is my third car ordered through Motorfinity and each time has been extremely easy. Top service from Luke C who seems to find the right spec for me over the phone very quickly. Big thanks to Fiona in the delivery team. Nothing was too much trouble, even with some delays from my end around shift work. Exceptional service off both of them and would recommend Motorfinity purely based on how they have both been throughout the sales / delivery process. If they worked on my team I would look after them at all costs!

i have had no problems with anyone i have dealt with. staff kept me up to date with any updates regarding my vehicle and replied to any queries i had. initially dealt with Cameron who sorted out my order for me and then had Lucy deal with my car collection. very happy with the service i received
