Just purchased a new Juke from Nissan Ashford. The process was stress free and straight forward. Our sales rep was so easy to talk to and put us at ease . There was no pressure sales at all . Michael Back certainly knows his job and I want to say a big thank you to him for everything. I am delighted with my new car and would recommend Nissan Ashford without question. I went to look at the car following the lockdown with no intensional of purchasing on the day , I’d previously been on a test drive but wanted to refresh my memory. We explained to Michael that we were only looking but that didn’t change the way we were welcomed , he did not push us into a decision but listened to our requirements and went the extra mile to help. We came away having made a decision to buy and the car was ready for pick up within a week. Michael Back was helpful ,responsive , knowledgable and an enormous pleasure to deal with. So thank you Nissan and thank you Michael .

Beware if you buy a car online from Motorline Toyota Bromsgrove they said 2018 Argo 16203 miles actually 23450 miles lots of chips in paint work shocking stay clear. And then they say come back a week Wednesday to have chips sorted and they denied they told me 16203 but I got screen shot off the original ad so I know I was right and now for the inconvenience of getting it all sorted
30/06 emailed today with proof of the difference of 16203 to 23450 so always screen shot any info as the salesman denied saying it. Asked for email by end of play no reply they was happy to talk cash sale beware buying online always check before you pay.

01/07 reply from Toyota they will do paint but no transport. but for difference in mileage they will not offer anything or I can take car back
under the 14 day cooling off period for refund but I've already occurred costs which I would lose so as I say never buy online and if u do. do not exchange money until you see the car or you to can be in same situation.

04/07 Well I never today I find out I need 2 new front tyres as they are Bearley legal not even going to put this to Toyota as the dealings with them have been more like Arthur Dayley than main dealer as I said earlier IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY ONLINE ALWAYS CHECK CAR BEFORE PARTING WITH CASH.

Nissan - Ashford, Kent! Awesome!
We have just part exchanged our car with a used car from Motorline Nissan in Ashford. We were a little unsure how it would work, given the pandemic! However, we were made to feel safe and comfortable by the manager Marcus and then secured a sale with the lovely Kayleigh. She went above and beyond to make everything as simple as possible! It was the easiest car deal we have ever experienced. Everything was made crystal clear and we are delighted! Highly recommend!
Hyundai Canterbury sales and service are dreadful
Dreadful, bought delivery miles (16 miles) car two years ago which upon collection wasn’t ready and was missing the spare tyre and sat nav memory card. I was promised a new spare tyre and when this was added two weeks later it was used scratched used wheel and nearly bald tyre with dangerous gouges in the side walls. This was later replaced but only after I threatened trading standards.
Due to the multitude of issues which are too many to write about here I received a free service. But upon trying to book the car in the dealership they have cancelled my booking telling me I can’t come when i had planned as they don’t have a car for me to use despite me having to pay £12.50 for the privilege. The car I was supposed to use is being used by another customer who has to keep the car for longer than he expected. I can only imagine they have let him down somehow. I have now had to rebook a different day and had to rework my work plans around this company.
I have never ever had to deal with such a disorganised and unprofessional company. The problem is they are a massive company who really don’t have any competition locally and show little or no regard for good customer care. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this branch or company.
Disappointment is an understatement
Purchased a used 66 plate toyota auris tss vvt-1last Saturday at MOTORLINE TOYOTA ASHFORD and disappointment is an understatement. The salesman*s skills who looked after us is very awful. We were also told upon purchase that any problems, we are free to go to any other Toyota dealership as the car is still under warranty. This we have to make sure as we live 36 miles away from Ashford.
On the second day after the car purchased, we found 2 wires sticking out at the back windshield of the car. In short, we went to Toyota dealership nearer to us. But we were told that because it is an unattached wire, it is not covered by the warranty and that we should contact the MOTORLINE TOYOTA ASHFORD where we got the car from. We rang the Motorline then and have spoken to the salesman who straight away told us that he can not do anything about it as he is only a salesman. It was so disappointing to hear such response. Not even a tiny bit consideration from him knowing that we had an issue with the car and we felt like, because he already have done his part selling it, he has nothing to do with it anymore.
5th day after acquiring the said vehicle, we suddenly noticed a rumbling/clanking while driving. Although hubby already checked the engine prior to purchase, he still again lifted the hood to double check as to where is the noise coming from. With nothing to see at the top, he went down on the ground and have a look underneath, there he could see a very huge piece of round wood inside where the engine is located. What that large piece of round wood doing there, we dont know. We are so very disappointed and angry. What we felt is indescribable.
Where is the etiquette of this people and sell a car like this? So disgusting and very dishonest. I would strongly NOT RECOMEND Motorline Toyota Ashford to anybody. We felt conned and they have given us a very worst experience ever.

Brought my car from, Nissan Motor line Maidstone. It came with a service plan. If you are offered to buy it or get your car serviced there, do not do it unless you want a completely frustrating experience.
Wheb I booked the service, they didn't tell me a time nor did they tell me I needed my driving license. So I was late there and couldn't have the courtesy car. I walked back.
I got a call, the car was ready, pick it up in an hour to allow for it to be cleaned. Told to wait put front for a while, noticed my car which had the same bird poo on it from when I drove it there originally being reversed and driven somewhere. Told that there had bird poo on it so had it recleaned.... It wasn't a reclean, it was just being cleaned. I had to wait then. The cleaning service is awful. I have had cars from hyundai, fiat and Toyota and they were all much better at cleaning the car. This is the second time because when I purchased the car it wasn't high standard clean. My car is still dirty and I could have done better in the 20 mins I waited.
Phoned to feedback my experience and told that the manager would phone back today. I don't think they care about customer service at all. They don't want to keep you as a customer.
The lady who looks after the customers at the front, they need loads more of her, she is amazing and so lovely.
Motorline Nissan just charged me 225GBP…
Motorline Nissan just charged me 225GBP for a replacement rear seat harness as they said the dog lead clip was stuck. I asked them to bring the old seat belt harness when thy returned my car, and I fixed the issue in under 2 mins. They charged me for 30 mins to fit the new one. What were they doing?
Enjoy my money, buy yourselves a drink because guess what... You'll never see a penny of my money again.

Very big thank you to motorline coulsdon for there hard work and working around others faults I went to motorline coulsdon 2 days ago for a minor repair and insurance had sent a car from eurocar for time being it was supposed to be there at ten and I had serious appointments to get to for health reasons the car turned up busted I was advised a new it was illegal as bumper smashed in so Paul reisgate said get to the appointments and we will sort it out I got to them over next two days paul has been brilliant constantly contact to get me in but due to hospitals etc I couldn't get there so I arrived there this morning paul had my car fixed clean and on my way in under an hour got to say a massive thanks to paul 10 out of 10 in every department great guy wish there was more like him makes things run so much better thanks motorline thanks paul 100%

Purchased Peugeot 308 in 2018 one year old car from this dealer. Car should have first MOT at the end of April 2020! All services done with this dealer. One month after the last service (ca 1000 miles) car has engine failure and apparently all exhaust valves must be replaced. Three weeks chasing for a reply when the car will be repaired without any success. Dealer is not offering any courtesy car, so I have to rent a car... I wonder what kind checks are performed by this dealer on cars if such issues are not detected during the service.
Buying a new car for our daughter
19th February 2020 called Motorline Crawley spoke with Charles. Seemed very pleasant, enthusiastic and dedicated about getting us a good deal. 100% told us he would better our current deal we had. Arranged to attend branch next morning and speak with finance manager Aaron regarding this great deal. Next morning drove all the way to Crawley to place a deposit fore the new car which was in the showroom. Found out there was no deal. Aaron hadn't even been spoken to by Charles. The interaction was extremely unpleasant and a total waste of my time. Not very happy at all. Left the garage very angry. Aaron did come back later with the offer but by then the element of trust had gone. Not a good experience at all.

Bought my Renault Captur today from Alex at Motorline Ashford. The whole process was easy and I was really pleased to find that Alex wasn’t the pushy or rude type of salesperson I was kind of expecting! He knew all the answers to our questions, chatted with us, showing a real interest in what we wanted, and generally put us at ease. I know it’s his job but I felt that he really cared about getting us a good car and a good deal. Alex kept in contact with us in the day’s following us paying our deposit, letting us know as soon as our finance was accepted with a call and an email and answering other questions via email promptly. On collection today we were greeted with a warm welcome. The car itself was clean and just as we expected it to be after viewing it last week. Motorline Canterbury - no stars
I had really poor service 2 years ago when I bought a brand new car from them and swore I wouldn’t buy from them again. I had to take the car back in the first year because the aircon wasn’t working and service was just as bad, so not just bad sales staff, but also Aftersales staff. Last week I was rung up to invite me to the VIP event they were having and I explained my view of Motorline but he begged me to come and see if they could change my mind so I went today. Suffice to say I won’t be getting another Toyota from them. I was being pressured into making a decision on the spot, then made to feel like I had wasted his time when I said I wanted a bit of time to think about it. The deal they offered was really good and I most probably would’ve taken it, but just wanted a few hours to think about it which I don’t think is too much to ask when committing to £18;000. I walked away and apart from the servicing, I won’t be back
