Great experience! We were very well looked after by Zeynep. We had some delays with exchanging our car (our own fault) and she did what she could to speed things up and kept us updated throughout.
No hard sell, just great service. She called afterwards to check everything was OK and remind us of the aftercare available.

Zeynep Salman who did the vehicle handover, and Raj Ranga the sales person who sold me the car did a flawless job and were both extremely pleasant and patient. I'd happily recommend Motorpoint to anyone. My friend also bought a car from Motorpoint and again the service was excellent

This was the first time I had bought a new car in many years, and I found both staff members that I dealt with to be friendly, helpful and efficient.
The first time I visited the site to have a look at what was available, Ibrahim helped me. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, when nothing was immediately available he suggested an alternative that I hadn't even thought of, which I really liked and ended up buying! He answered all my questions and explained things clearly and simply, so there was no misunderstanding.
When I returned a week later to collect the car, I was helped by Zeynep. The showroom was really busy with lots of customers, but Zeynep took the time to talk me through everything and made the process as straightforward as possible. I also appreciated the follow up phone call she made the next day, to make sure everything was okay and I was happy with the car.
I would certainly recommend the company to anyone I know who's thinking of buying a new car.

Gorkam at the chingford branch is always so helpful and efficient. He’s helped do my last 3 cars and everytime he makes it as easy as it can be. I never leave bad reviews but this place really inconvenienced me and wasted my time. I bought my car in for a valuation I mentioned at the appointment that one of my services was done late and hasn’t been updated on my service history but it’s in the process they said it was fine. On the day I declined the offer they gave me but I was told the price would remain the same if I changed my mind within 2 weeks, I came back literally 2 days later they booked me in for 6 I had to leave work to get there early but then when I got there they told me I had to leave the car over night as it’s too late to do the process now well then why would you give me an appointment for 6?? Anyway I left my car with them the next day they called me and said they’re knocking off about £1000 from the valuation because my service that was late counts as a missed service?? Even though I already mentioned everything when I first came in and was told it was fine. The lady that called me was passive aggressive and seemed like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions or trying to negotiate I once again had to leave work to go get my car back they completely wasted my time
