Me and my partner always come to motorpoint in Chingford to upgrade our vehicles. Nik always helps us and is very efficient, polite and helpful. The Chingford branch always has a great selection of cars, myself and my partner always find a unique looking car whether it’s the spec, design or colour. Motorpoint also offered us a great price on our previous vehicle, and the selling process is very quick and easy. I never leave bad reviews but this place really inconvenienced me and wasted my time. I bought my car in for a valuation I mentioned at the appointment that one of my services was done late and hasn’t been updated on my service history but it’s in the process they said it was fine. On the day I declined the offer they gave me but I was told the price would remain the same if I changed my mind within 2 weeks, I came back literally 2 days later they booked me in for 6 I had to leave work to get there early but then when I got there they told me I had to leave the car over night as it’s too late to do the process now well then why would you give me an appointment for 6?? Anyway I left my car with them the next day they called me and said they’re knocking off about £1000 from the valuation because my service that was late counts as a missed service?? Even though I already mentioned everything when I first came in and was told it was fine. The lady that called me was passive aggressive and seemed like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions or trying to negotiate I once again had to leave work to go get my car back they completely wasted my time
