After deciding which car I wanted on line, I called Coventry branch to arrange to test drive and get more details. I spoke with Matthew who told me more details about the car over the phone, and arranged a same day appointment. I was greeted on arrival, and offered a cup of tea. Matthew had the car washed and all ready for me. After test driving I wanted to buy the car. Matthew had already told me what paperwork to bring. We worked out the figures on my part exchange and agreed an amount in my budget. Matthew was not a pushy salesman but gave me good advice facts and figures. In fact Mororpoint overall were never pushy salesmen, but offered advice and were helpful and friendly. (Unlike other car dealers who just want your money!) I drove away with my car the same day, the process was quick and easy, and I am delighted with my new car. I would definitely recommend Motorpoint if you’re looking to buy a car.

They had the car we needed , and accepted our trade in although the vehicle had issues.

The colleague who dealt with us was excellent.
The man who finalised the sale was excellent too.

Danny and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we got the car we had chosen. Nothing was too much trouble. When the car didn’t arrive on time they got on the phone and made sure they got it sorted for the day we were due to pick it up and although this didn’t happen because of me messing the finance around they were on the phone pestering black horse to get it sorted. Thank you so much.

I brought a car and part exchanged my vehicle. Service was all good to start with. After taking my car home kept having engine light coming on, they did sort this.

When selling the car they said they would sort everything, gave them the V5. they would notify the DVLA. Nothing else i needed to do. After checking all my documents.

So left everything with them, come taxation of my old vehicle, DVLA were chasing me. I emailed Motorpoint. got no response.

DVLA finally said in February this has changed, but DVLA are still fining me.

I would not go back to this company.

The exceptional customer service I received from Graham - he went above an beyond and ensured I was completely happy at each stage.
I liked the fact that he took it upon himself to take a video of the car and send to me without me asking him to.
When we came into collect the car Graham was busy with another customer but ensured everything was ok whilst we were being dealt with by Joe (who also was exceptional explaining everything to me).
I was not happy with the cleaning of the car seat and Graham asked for it to be cleaned whilst I was going through the paperwork - the fact he rang me the next day also to see if I was happy with my car - again was a lovely touch.
I was hesitant buying a car from Motorpoint as only had ever purchased from main car dealers - however Graham and Joe were so reassuring that I would be happy to make a purchase from Motorpoint again.
My husband is due to renew his car this year and has already said he will be coming to Motorpoint.
So a big thank you to Graham and Joe.

An extremely easy way to buy a car. No pressure selling everything is explained. Less than an hour and I had my car 👊
