I've used Motorpoint on three separate occasions.
There is a good selection of cars, they are reputable, and the staff are very friendly, informative, with no hard sell.
An overall first class service and I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

I brought a car from motorpoint and After a week I realised I'd made a mistake as I didn't like it. Corey and Russ was brilliant in helping me exchange it, it was very easy and straightforward and I picked my new car up the same day. I'm so happy with my new car and can't recommend Corey enough, we found him really helpful and never felt pressurised and went out his way to help us.

Staff aren’t interested. Typical ‘sales’ people. Rest of the staff are ignorant. We stood waiting at reception for a long time - nobody came over to see us.
Then when we were leaving all staff gathered round a table chatting, no goodbye, thank you or anything!
Considering we bought two cars on the same day, very disappointed with the service.
No proper handover of the vehicle. Just given the keys and had to fend for ourselves.
Inexperienced staff doing the handover. Requires a lot more training.

The salesperson, Corey Hodgkinson, made my experience a worry free acquisition. I never felt under pressure at any time. He took the time to explain everything answering my many questions. I felt valued as a customer. I'm moving from a manual car to an automatic car so needed extra assistance and help making this transition. I would definitely recommend Motorpoint due to Corey Hodgkinson being so personable and knowledgeable and putting me at my ease.

Motorpoint Derby
We've had about 9 cars now from Motor point and had excellent care, but this time our experience was slightly different. After my husband slipped on black ice on their forecourt and broke his collar bone and a slight problem with our first sales person, Jason Barks the general manager really looked after us and then we went to the care of Leon Roberts (who is a trainee customer sales advisor who really need to be a upgraded to customer sales) he helped finalise the sale of our car. They both turned our experience around to a good one. Thank you also to Bailey and Leon who help pick my husband up after his fall.

Generally excellant service from start to handover. The only disappointing bit the salesman hasn't returned my email querie I sent to him 48hrs ago. As it happens, I have answered the querie myself

Love Motorpoint. What you see is what you get, no haggling, fair service and a good selection of cars.

I have bought for my Wife a Fiat 500a couple of years ago from Motorpoint, and found them very great with customer service, as well as knowledge.

So it made sense that a went back to get myself a new car recently.
When I arrived I was looking around all the cars in car park. I was looking to get either Nissan Qashqai or Hyundai Tuscon.
Whilst I was looking around I was met by Joseph, who asked me what I was possibly looking to buy. He showed me a few of the cars I was looking for, and asked if I’d ever looked at the New MG LS, which I hadn’t. To be honest I thought that MG was no longer. But Joseph said “let me show you’
So whilst he showed me he gave me info about the car. I have to say what great cars. These are all singing and dancing with tech, interior, Wheels, great looking cars. Just a joy to drive, and the value for money is amazing.
Instantly I knew this was the car for me, said to Joseph, let’s do the paperwork. Motorpoint make everything easy to sort with Documents etc. pretty much drive away the same day. All sales representatives and customer service are friendly, experienced and informative

I would like to give a special mention to Joseph Dickinson the Sales executive that suggested the MG LS SUV he made everything very easy and professional.
