Motorpoint - Manchester Reviews 

My experience was such a nasty and an unforgettable one. Motorpoint can boast of unbeaten price on cars but are so much exploitative on the various add-ons.
I bought and collected a car on Thursday October 30th with about £1,500.00 add-ons.
Just six days later upon my financial circumstance review, I decided to return the camera with the box as handed-over to me unopened.
I pleaded for cancellation for various reasons but this was rejected.
I eventually wanted to return the car at whatever cost of loss to me. This was also rejected.

I made several attempts for the case to be escalated to the company higher authority and this was rejected.
I further asked for the business regulatory body, but was told there was none.
What kind of policy of sales that does not allow cool-off period or return of item/product? I find this very funny and as a big ripping off opportunity. Thanks.

Your Sales Executive, Manmoon Ahmed, was most professional with a friendly manner, he certainly knows his craft. He was encouraging, without pressuring me, and this attitude gave me the confidence to complete the sale.

I received brilliant customer service from Mamnoon at the Manchester branch. He explained everything and listened to what I actually wanted. NO HARD SALES which really eases the pressure, because of this, I returned the next day and purchased the Seat. I would definitely recommend and I will use this branch again, all staff were friendly. I’d never used motorpoint before but got recommended by a friend. And I was super pleased with my experience. Loads to choose from online, and we went to the Manchester centre. The salesman Abdul wasn’t pushy, he was really friendly and knowledgeable. It was such a nice experience took 2 cars for a test drive, picked one of them a Nissan qashqui. And was able to drive away with it a hour later. Quick process to sign details over, and I’m so pleased with my car. Had it a week now. I’d defo use them again in the future.

Salesman was good.but their was an outstanding recall on the used car i bought that i would have expected to be cleared before sale time

I enjoyed the whole process of my car purchase at Motorpoint. T (Mamnoon) was very helpful in helping us choose the right car. We didn’t know which one we wanted so he went through all the ones we liked in detail so we were finally able to decide on one. We were also given a great price for our old car. T kept us updated whilst we were waiting for our new one to be delivered. I met with T and Adam again when I went back to collect and again I was looked after and they both made sure I was 100% happy before I left. Thank you again.

The staff were very helpful without being overbearing, giving me the space to decide what to do.

Sales people very good. But think car prep could be better.Hybrid vehicle should have electric charge this was 0. Car meant to have MOT which I have to do myself after being under impression it woul be tested .rear boot sliding cover pin broken which I repaired. Previous owners data still on system .Brake fluid to change in few weeks although car meant to have full prep not good for car of this calibre. Sounds after all that motor point overall are very good.the above are only constructive comments this company are very good to deal with with great sales team. All above taken care of now more than happy .Thanks to Mamnoon and Ryan . Five star to Manchester .

Never hassled or pressured into any add ons. Polite ,curtious and efficient. Great deal on car . Would definitely buy again.

Really happy with purchase. I didn’t feel rushed about anything . Kaylum helped me find the car that suited me and in my price range . He was very helpful and reassuring throughout the process.
