Jack Pope was friendly, helpful and didnt rush me to buy the car, it was an overall good experience.

The salesperson Marc Williams was very helpful and found me a car that suited my needs and gave me a very good valuation on my part exchange.

I had an outstanding experience with Joel at Motorpoint Newport. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. His communication throughout was excellent, clear, honest, and always timely.

viewed car numerous times online before reserving. drove nearly 50 miles to get to garage as not paying nearly £150 to have it moved to closer garage.

After checking car over I went for test drive in unfamiliar area without staff member so concentrating on not getting lost and watching where I was going.

Decided to purchase car so went through all the paperwork and eventually paid through bank transfer which took time.

The following day driving to work I noticed the passenger wiper blade was splitting and an emergency sos function displaying on the dash. Neither were present the day before.

I contacted customer service at head office through e-mail and phone calls and they arranged for my vehicle to have the wiper blades changed at their expense at motorpoint nearer to home instead of going back to newport.

The sos function had to be fixed at a main dealer garage which they arranged which was two weeks after purchase. Earliest opportunity. I was provided with a courtesy car for the near two weeks which was similar size to my vehicle.

Once I received my car back I haven't had any other issues and have been thoroughly enjoying my car.

I have named people to contact at my local branch if I experience any further issues as well as with the head office.

I would recommend and use motorpoint again.

The customer advisor I had was top notch, he was excellent in every way - made you feel at ease, no pressure & was friendly with a smile. So I say again he ticked all the boxes & I would recommend him 100%

Travelled 200+ miles from Cornwall with my friend to buy 2022 audi q2 for his daughter, not impressed, car not valeted properly, over spray on front tyre where the wheel had been sprayed, general condition tatty, white dots (paint?) on steering wheel and door trim, waste of time. They should refund the money he paid to to get it to Newport from Castleford.

I dealt with Edwin Ricci he was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in the process from viewing the car to test driving it and making the sale and the collection. He explained everything very well answered any questions and had everything ready for collection it was all very smooth and easy from start to finish thank you Edwin

Rhys Vivash was brilliant to deal with. He was really helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. He was so patient going through all the different finance options with us, and at no point did we feel rushed or under pressure.

I had an online valuation for my wife’s car and within 24 hours she had a valuation over £200 less. When we sat down with a young lady who in fairness was very polite the price seemed to change again. About 6 visits to her manager we agreed a price for them to purchase our car. Then the strange bit. I was going to pay them the negative equity but I was told that they would not settle the finance until the settlement date which was at the end of April so nearly a month. We were just supposed to leave the car, documents and 2 keys with no proof of them having the car. We had a deposit left on another car at a dealership but until the finance was settled we felt worried about taking a new finance account on a new car. The manager could not be bothered to see us we were basically told take it or leave it. Awful experience and would never recommend. How they get all these 5 star reviews makes me think that they are all made up.
