Great customer service only issue I am having is with nextbase dash cam fitting service 12 days on and they are saying they have no details of my purchase. Still waiting after 2 calls and email.

If I could give Motorpoint 0 Stars I would. Following a recent visit to their Oldbury Depot, my wife and I foolishly agreed to view an E Golf 2020 plate to be transported from Corby for a fee of £149.00. However, we paid the fee on the promise from the salesman Khalid, that the fee would be returned if we did not want to go ahead with the deal. We made it quite clear that we would NOT have ordered to view the car without this guarantee. One week later we returned to view the car and it was unsatisfactory, however the salesman Khalid and his Manager tried to go back on their word and say the fee was not refundable. After almost 3 weeks and numerous complaint emails, we have finally received our £149.00 back. The moral of this story is to ensure you get any verbal promises put into writing as we now feel they cannot be trusted to keep their word.

Great experience. We were given the keys to many vehicles to get a feel for them. Kept coming back to the one car. Dan and Jackie were fantastic and very helpful. We didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase and came away really happy.

Excellent service and I also took out their breakdown three year service package . I had an issue ( my mis-understanding of the manual) . They arrived within the hour and resolved the problem but kept me informed throughout the process by text msg. Very pleased so five stars from me.

Purchased a Peugeot Expert van at Oldbury (29/05/26).
Everything handled very professionally and quickly. And within friendly/laid back atmosphere. Gavin was a very easy guy to deal with and good at his job making the transaction a painless experience.
The van is a good buy and price is lower than many other dealers around..
Would definitely use them again.

Very welcoming company. You can walk around and look at the vehicles without anyone following you around and pressuring you. There are staff in the showroom to answer any questions you have. Actually purchasing the car was so easy and stress free. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The representative I dealt with for the purchase was fine and straight forward , although It all seemed a bit rushed once the car had been transported to my local motorpoint garage at Oldbury for viewing . The main problem I had with the car on viewing it was the state it was in , the inside was ok but the outside was terrible it was so dirty . I did ask if it could be cleaned before I picked it up a day later and was told yes no problem . Yes you got it , when I did go back it still looked like whoever had cleaned it had just hosed the car down with water . I remember the last car I bought from motorpoint and it had been valeted and cleaned till it gleamed , which is surely what you expect when you purchase a car whatever the age . So yes I was disappointed and yes it will affect my next purchase. Dave H . I’ve changed my review from 3stars to 4 , the reason for this is a nice phone call from Scott at motorpoint to ask about how my new motor purchase was going . When I mentioned that the car needed a good wax and polish to start with , he then offered to pay for it . Well done motorpoint .

The agent who dealt with us was very helpful and his attitude was very good.
The fact that we all missed some accessories for the vehicle hasn’t caused us any issues.

Motorpoint helped make the purchase of my new vehicle stress free. This was the first time I’ve ever had contact with this company. All of the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to sort everything out from the moment I walked through the door to leaving in my new car. It was a really great shopping experience. Would definitely recommend. It’s a 10 from me 😊
