First time customer, went in knowing what i wanted and was left to look at car without all the sales pitch, but when needed the sales advisor they had all the answers when I was ready. Couple of scratches which was dealt with and resprayed. Colour matched perfectly and replacement charger cable provided. Overall a great first experience

Michael who helped me with getting the right car and package for myself he had great customer service and Kelvin when collecting my car were both from the Peterborough branch.

I was served by Nathen Coy who went above and beyond with his help. He couldn't do enough to help. The price was great for a car that had only done over 8000 miles for the year

This is the first time purchased a car through Motorpoint, not disappointed! Very good customer service from start to finish. Smooth and quick process, everything thought of and communicated via emails, a very good part exchange price offered (£3000 more offered against the original Dealership)

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as good as previous due to having to come back theee times due to a scratch on the door when picking the car up and lack of information when paying due to no card machines

I had seen a car on the website that I wanted to look at but couldn’t see it on site .. I spoke to Jamie who was able to locate the vehicle and pulled it out putting it somewhere it was easily accessible to look around the car… there was absolutely no pressure to buy…. I was given a good price for my part exchange …. And able to collect the vehicle later in the day…. Throughout the process there was no pressure to take on any extras … just friendly and professional service making the whole part exchange and buying process simple and stress free.

I’m only giving it four stars because the car was advertised as having rear sensors.This would have been a fitted extra.
I rang up to ask questions about the vehicle as I live 156 miles away and wanted to make sure it was going to be worth the trip.
Twice I was told it had rear sensors.
I also asked if it ever had been or if there was any damage on the car. I was told there wasn’t.
Having made the journey, which took over three hours, it was disappointing to discover that it didn’t in fact have rear sensors. There was also a very slight, minimal bump/scuff on the rear near side bumper. Bumper was very slightly out of shape… minimal, but nonetheless visibly there.
I felt pressured to buy the car anyway because of the special journey I had made. The salesperson said that she would pass on my comments to customer services.
Apart from this the car was fine, I did buy it and it made the return journey home without issue.
My wife is pleased with her little runabout.

We had an incredible experience at Motorpoint. We were looked after by Dawid who was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The whole team and staff were helpful, genuine and professional. We had a bad experience at the audi dealership so went here after researching. They were not pushy and had a genuine care to find us the right car for our needs and budget.

We came away with the perfect car. Went in on a Sunday afternoon about 1.30pm with no expectations and even left on the same day with our car. They made everything happen. We can't fault them and would highly recommend. I even went to the manager as a point to say how incredible Dawid was and the team. They had a huge variety. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a fab test drive.
