Excellent experience

Speed, efficiency, helpfulness, excellent service all round.

Staff on hand whilst not being pushy when looking at the vehicles on the lot, but very helpful and attentive during the buying process, could be easier for those older customers who do not do Internet banking, overall, I found the whole buying experience very satisfactory.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Motorpoint P’ Boro, I was met by Henry very polite and patient and then paperwork and admin was done by Josh, made sure we understood what we were signing and made us feel comfortable.

Made the process quick and easy. Friendly people who would go out of there way to make sure you are happy

I went with a view to buy a car from a few makes of cars, but ended up buying something completely different. This was due to not being pressurised by sales people & the sheer quantity of cars on display. I was given lots of time, and opportunity to sit in cars/test drive and enjoy the experience. All my questions were answered in a professional manner.
My last four car purchases have been from Motorpoint Peterborough & I couldn't be happier!!

Gave all information requested also any car I wanted to see was made available. Once I had made my choice the trade in price was quickly established allowing the deal to be concluded

From start to finish it was a super experience, great communication before I collected my new car and when I got to the Peterborough showroom, the staff were all friendly and welcoming and it was so very well organised.
Sophie was brilliant! She was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me as much time as I needed to look over the car and explained everything to me. She made the transaction and paperwork easy and stressless.

Friendly staff with no pushing to go outside of my budget. We were helped by Sophie on the day I was looking at cars and Kelvin when I collected. Both were lovely and made the experience a nice one. My only slight niggle is that we were asked to book a time to collect and then had to wait over 30mins for someone to be available.

Popped in to look and get ideas for a new car. Sam approached us, very approachable and relaxed. Absolutely no pressure leaving us to browse. Saw a couple of cars we liked and took one on a test drive.

Was undecided on the day however there was no pressure put on us to commit to any deal. Returned the following day to seal the deal. Sam assisted in retaining my old registration number. He was professional, courteous, helpful throughout whole process. Spoke to a number of other staff members during my visits and all very helpful and professional. If you are going to Motor point Peterborough would highly recommend seeking out Sam as he will look after you.

Dealt with Sam Crouch in the Peterborough branch. Totally professional and explained everything and help me to get a great purchase deal. He has very good interpersonal skills in dealing with people.

From the first online contact to see a particular car I'd spotted online, James responded very quickly and helpfully. We were able to see the car and test drive it on the same day. Staff team were notably friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. Prices were competitive and no hassling about prices made the experience of part exchange much easier.
