Friendly and polite sales assistant
Listened to my requirements and found me a car that was ideal for me

Charlie was great. We originally test drove a different car but it wasn’t for us. Charlie took time to see what other cars were at other sites, discuss the differences and we booked one for transfer. Charlie also told us about all the extra services we could have. This meant we had time to consider them and which ones we wanted. The car was great to drive, practically spotless. We love our new car and will definitely using MotorPoint when we look to buy again.

Staff are friendly

Not only did I have a dedicated support person, but as this was my first car they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with my purchase. When she wasn't available there was always another member of staff who was there to help as needed.

friendly staff Wesley answered all questions we had. looked at the car and took for a test drive on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. when we collected the car it was clean inside and out. and I am very happy with the car. the only thing we could have been told more information about is the paperless paper work. as its been a few years since we bought a new car and the paperless thing we didn't know anything about it. maybe you shouldn't presume everyone knows how it works. if it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars.

Excellent service from start to finish

Very relaxed atmosphere and not hassled when looking for a car.The finance side a bit daunting as not used to working on the computer.But overall the sale of our new car was quite straightforward.

Bought car 5 weeks ago. Came with 3 month Motorpoint warranty. I also paid for extended warranty. After just 430 miles car developed a fault which could cost at least £1500 to fix. Motorpoint and their warranty company refuse to honour the deal.

The conversation went great, the proccess of reserving the car and have it transported to my preffered location was easy, Josh was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to extra products such as extended warranty and paint protection.
I will definitely try motorpoint again in the future if i'm looking for a new car.

I always upgrade my car through Motorpoint. This is my 4th car. The process is so easy and they sort all the finance and old finance out so there is not too much for me to do.
Friendly staff at their Portsmouth showroom are all really nice too.
