Good Experience
No issues. There was a dent on the car and they put that right. We bought the vehicle outright and although the sales person wasn't getting more commission if we did finance, in which he was a little bit cheesed off (we understood) he still helped us get the car we wanted.

Looked around for hours and after almost giving up (I'm picky) found the car I really wanted. Asked for a test drive and was given the keys with no one sat in car being pushy. Sold. We wasn't hassled when looking around the cars. We were told where the specific area was for the cars we were interested in. When we needed assistance there were staff on hand. As there were only a few models I was interested in, I was shown other models in their other stores. Nothing was too much when help was required. Overall very happy with price for my part exchange and love my new car.

Gianluco the salesman was exceptional in the level of support he gave me. Having just lost our son in March, my husband became seriously ill in hospital with his dementia following our son's sudden and unexpected death from sepsis and, final straw, his beloved car which he had bought brand new in 2018 becoming too uneconomical for me to maintain, I had no alternative but to look for a smaller, cheaper vehicle. I was treated with the utmost kindness and compassion - and my new car is just exactly what I needed.
