Swansea Motorpoint have lovely staff. Kiran Anthony and Reece Aylott were friendly, patient and respectful, answering all my questions and helping me through the process when I part exchanged my car. I never felt rushed or pressured. They are both a credit to the company, giving excellent customer service. No need to go anywhere else. Happy with my new car too!

Excellent experience! Collected a used car today from Motorpoint Swansea. We were greeted at the door by Reece who was very natural and welcoming. He took us to see the vehicle (as we had reserved it on-line) and gave us plenty of time to fully inspect it - during which time he made us a lovely cup of tea. Reece then encouraged us to test drive the vehicle to ensure we were 100% certain it was the car for us. Time was at an essence as the car needed to be taxed at the post office, but Reece managed to get to the post office in his own vehicle in time before it closed. We have purchased many cars over the years, but this was the best experience we have had so far. Reece is a credit to Motorpoint Swansea and we wish him well in his progression with the company. We was met by a gentleman called Jack who was very helpful, he listened to what I was looking for, showed us where the cars I wanted to see were, let us look around them without no pressure, let me take the 1 I liked out for a test ride, then when we got back he gave a reasonable part exchange for my car due to the age and mileage which then let me purchase the new car, they even done checks over the car and I was able to drive home in the new car the same day, I would highly recommend and would use again when im looking to change

Very smooth process from start to finish. No hard sell, given time to browse at our pace and then fully explained the options etc when we wanted more information. The whole process took 2 days from identifying the car to driving it away. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Can’t fault our experience so far. We dealt with Callum who was extremely helpful, patient and professional. We were encouraged to look at a number of different cars and given plenty of time and space to properly assess our options. When it came to purchasing the vehicle, it was straight forward and fairly quick process. Would absolutely recommend.
