This was my first visit to Motorpoint, I was greeted by a lady and offered a coffee, then introduced to Lewis Mottram who sorted everything out for me, he was very knowledgeable,answered all my questions and guided me through the process and made sure I was happy about everything. The car was well prepared and after having a test drive I decided to buy at price that was reasonable, I also part exchanged my car for which I received a good price.

Absolutely no pressure from sales staff. Very friendly talked us through everything with no pressure whatsoever.

Very poor. No service oil black as ace of spades. Had to by four new tyres all worn thread on outside of tyres. Oil leak on sump. Theres more. Not happy at all would not recommend them to any one. Very very poor.

Walked into the Widness office with my partner to look for a new car that suited her needs.
I was dreading it as the old stereotype of pushy salesman selling me paint protection for extra.
When Luke Appleton came up to see if he could help i was blown away by the lack of pressure, asking questions to find the right car and just full of knowledge.
Bought a car and the entire process was just effortless.
Luke is a credit to motorpoint and I would not hesitate in buying another car from Luke and motorpoint.

Never liked car salesmen in the past always pushy and came away thinking they were trying to rip me off but Motorpoint were all very helpful and couldn’t fault them would recommend them to anyone

I dealt with Luke Appleton in the Widnes office who was amazing throughout the entire process from start to finish. I personally give him 5 stars for his service alone. Always there to answer questions, provide information, making me comfortable with the buying and selling process and just a genuinely nice guy. He made everything so easy and stress free. If I was to deal with Motorpoint again I would specifically ask for Luke 100%.

Good customer service

The actual purchase and handover was very good. I ordered some car mats for £99 which although they are a good quality the amount is expensive when I later found out they were cheaper direct from car brand direct. Still waiting for my dashcams to be delivered after a week

From initial contact to collecting my vehicle the service was professional, helpful and friendly. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new car - the third my partner and I have bought from Motorpoint. I had absolutely no issues and cannot praise Mototpoint & it's Widnes branch enough. Motorpoint will definitely be my first point of call next time we're looking to replace our cars. Special mention to George I spoke with on the phone and Abbie at the Widnes branch for dealing with purchase and taxing of my new car so professionally.
