Right from the start, when speaking to the online sales team, to then going into the branch. I was given the contact name of my salesperson. Who was Vinnie. He was very helpful and polite. Talked me through each step of the transaction, clearly and throughly. No hard sell. Car I went to see was not suitable, therefore I requested another to be transported. He was very clear to the process and kept me updated regularly. On the day of collection yet again he was very professional, even handling with the aftercare issues, he was caring and very helpfull in getting the problem sorted quickly. I would recommend Vinnie to family and friends, if they were looking at a car from motorpoint.

Well satisfied with the car, not happy with a few things, firstly, no handbook, no service record, no test certificate, no towing hook or puncture repair kit. Front floor mats left dirty in the boot, evidence of a heavy smoker on the drivers side roof liner, no rear floor mats, love the car, but won't buy again from motorpoint.

Found staff very helpful and most important not pushy like a lot of garages, so full marks for that,also car reasonable priced. The only fault l found was when l got home there was no sealent in the tyre motor bag, but again motorpoint sorted that, but overall very pleased.

Motorpoint are a great company to deal with until you have purchased your car and find something wrong. I purchased a nearly 3 year old car with low mileage, I was delighted with the car and Motorpoint until a week later I noticed that one of the doors was a different colour from the rest of the car. I contacted them after confirming that the car had had a door respray and was informed that it hadn’t been picked up by them and as I had signed a disclaimer on pick up day to say I was happy with the car that they would not accept responsibility. This review is a warning for other people, just because Motorpoint are selling the car doesn’t mean it is as you would expect . You need to be very thorough in your check and be sure to make absolutely certain that there are no signs of previous repair as Motorpoint will not have done this for you.

It's my 3rd car I've bought from moterpoint, the staff are all welcoming and helpful. On arrival they greeted me and asked if I'd been before and if I was looking for something pacific. The salesman checked online and got me the keys .Theirs no sales pressure which I like and leave you too browse . You know their are their if you need any help . Highly recommend.

Everything looked and sounded great when deciding on ordering a Lexus UX except it was not at my local ( Chingford ) so paid to have it delivered there... they missed the date which caused me major problems ... I had to cancel !no updates to say it wouldn't be there on time... just the opposite and on one occasion we went to Chingford to look at a model and they had no idea where it was or the keys ! oh and it was no ones job to find... all in all ... USELESS !!
Bought a used car from their Maidstone branch yesterday and have to say it was brilliant. No hard sell, great part exchange and the manager, Chris Mortimer was very knowledgeable, factual and to top it all was a very nice guy.
If you need a car then this is the place to go.

This was our first experience of Motorpoint and it was great. From help finding the right car, arranging finance, and the final handover the whole experience was seamless.
It was also a pleasure dealing with Lauren who for a young lady was very knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease.

To begin with, the staff I dealt with personally were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and reflected what appears to be poor management and a lack of attention to detail.
Multiple assurances were made throughout the process that were simply not followed through. We were repeatedly told that the car would be properly cleaned prior to collection, yet upon arrival it was evident that this had not been done. There was rubbish left in the back of the vehicle, crumbs throughout the interior, marks that appeared to be dried mucus, and stains that remained despite being specifically raised beforehand.
We were assured that these stains would be removed and that the car had been checked more than once by professionals. However, not only were the stains still present, but we were also informed that the cleaning team refused to do any further work on the vehicle. I find it difficult to understand how a professional cleaning service could overlook such obvious issues or consider the job complete while leaving rubbish and visible marks inside the car.
Similarly, smaller jobs that we had been promised, such as cleaning beneath the indicator lights, were ultimately refused on the day of collection. While these may seem like minor details, they demonstrate a broader lack of care and follow-through.
The entire process felt unnecessarily frustrating, and by the end it seemed as though the priority was simply completing the sale rather than delivering the vehicle in the condition that had been promised. I purchased the car because of its mileage and suitability, not because I expected perfection, but I did expect basic standards to be met and commitments to be honoured.
Had I known that this level of customer care and preparation would be acceptable, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience and hope that improvements are made so that future customers receive the standard of service that they are promised
