Very efficient

We had a really easy and slick process of returning our lease vehicle through Motorway. At first, I had thought it a little daunting to complete a pre-collection inspection, but the app used was intuitive and easy - making the process a doddle. Thanks Motorway!

Amazing from start to finish .. particularly loved how easy it was to upload all the photos

The experience was pretty straightforward and simple. I love the fact that the bidding is not too long. I got a batter offer that my initial evaluation which was great, and the process between offer, acceptance and collection was efficient.

Motorway was very easy to use. I had one issue with the app and spoke to an advisor who was very polite and knowledgeable and resolved the issue in no time at all. The dealer paid a very fair price for my car and I could not recommend either enough.

Messed me about on price, app didnt work, back and forth on the phone then when i asked them to give me a break providing documents as my partner was in hospital continued to harrass me every couple of hours. Was a nightmare honestly, would of been less stress setting the car on fire

The process was uploading the photos of the car was painful as it kept rejecting the photos even though they were very clear. Also app and online wasnt accepting the documents. Found this side of it very stressful. However selling the car was a great experience and the money received was well over what we expected and transferred to us straight away before the car left. Overall very happy with the outcome

The limit I put on at auction was ignored. The assessor said they were independent of the dealer, but that was wrong as later found out, so now think I got a poor price as believed that "independent " assessment. They didnt turn up on time and I had to pick them up. They refused to use the QR code, and ignored me when I asked questions. Unpleasant experience, I would advise having your own mechanic person or a real independent assessor there to avoid this poor practice. Dont use motorway unless want a fast but rock bottom price.

Used Motorway for a quick convenient sale at a price slightly better than webuyanycar. Failed on all fronts. Price achieved lower than their own estimate, week and a half to pick it up. Given 1pm-5pm pick up slot on day of collection, arrived at 6pm and left at 7.10pm. Would never use again

I have sold a few cars in my long life but never involving a company such as Motorway. The service I received throughout was second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of them. The information, explanations and fast responses were utterly exemplary.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. In particular I want to mention Emma Collins, never have I received such wonderful service, Emma you really are a STAR 1st class thank you so much for all you did especially so given the sad circumstances of the sale.

I am also very grateful to Regan who took over the final negotiations when the dealer/purchaser started chipping away at the price, talking to them direct and getting an increase in their offer that I accepted.

Uploaded all the photos & info. Spoke with the advisor and a couple of hours later my cars in the auction. A tense wait and next day I get thd great news the car's sold and for more than they predicted.
When the dealer had test driven & inspected the car Motorway paid me.
So easy and no tyre kickers!

My first time with using this method of selling and I must admit other than a bit of a hiccup with the documents scan (of which the Motorway support team sorted quickly) it went very well.
Having never done this before, obviously I was a bit cautious, but once the van was set up online and I was given a day it was up for auction, it went really well, I got a good price, the dealer contacted me the next day, and in fact the van was picked up the next day and I was duly paid the amount agreed.
So, my overall impression with the method of sale and the Motorway support and help I was given was excellent.
Also, the dealer and the person who picked up the van were both excellent to deal with too.
