Excellent communication. We got the amount that they initially stated, promptly. Of course we told them the truth about the state of the car, so there would be no need to change the price. Overall, it was a truly pleasant, smooth experience. I would recommend.
Just so you know, we got £128 for a non-driving, non-starting Toyota Aygo 2010 reg.
Can't recall the exact date. Think it was somewhere in later March 2026.

On line enquiry followed by a phone call, the person I spoke to was lovely. They organised the collection of my vehicle offering me alternative dates and time's. My vehicle was collected on time and payment was made the same day. Very easy process.
