Purchased a van from this company that went into lymph mode within a couple of weeks, has been in and out of a garage with issues for months now costing us nearly £5000 . Van came with paperwork for work that apparantly was carried out however wr have had to pay for the same issues , full dpf replacement which apparantly was done that year on a van that’s only done 40k miles , 4 new injectors also , had been an absolutely Liberty from the beginning , we have now started court proceedings . Do not buy a car from here! Got a car on finance July 2022 3 weeks in the car started having coolant problems so my garage fixed under the warranty then found out it was the cylinder head so they ended up taking it back to there garage as it was to expensive to fix at my garage under the warranty they could do it cheaper so another month without my car .Then problem after problem ,oil in the coolant system and different things,tried too get it sorted and then found out the cylinder head was still faulty!They never even bothered doing it.Failed the mot .Eventually after a fight with the finance company and going to the Financial ombudsman the finance company took the car back but the garage Mototom got away with it .They just lie from the very beginning dont trust them ,trust me ive had experience .

No customer service skills, very poor communication.
After buying our car we realised on the journey home that it was making noises etc, contacting the dealer he told us to go to a garage and let him know.
We did this and the car was estimated at needing £4,000+ of work.
The company were informed that we’d either like them to fix it (as we presumed when buying the car there were not any issues especially not to this extent) or return the car for a refund.
A lot of things were wrong with the car it’s self, the dealer wouldn’t expect he had sold the car in this condition.
After a very long winded, unprofessional and difficult dispute we arranged (via the finance company helping) that they would collect the car.
This whole process took 3 months considering we had informed straight away within 2 hours of purchasing the car that we had realised issues, they were still no compliant with us.
We had a very long an stressful process which was frustrating and never once did the dealer apologise or try anything to make things easier.
We also realised when looking through everything that the cars service (apparently done 1 day prior to purchase) was also fraudulent as the garage who inspected said there’s no way that a service with these parts etc was carried out.
They knew nothing of the rights or regulations or anything regarding consumer rights with returning faulty goods.
My opinion is this dealership is not what they would make out to be & are 1000% in it just for the profit they can make.
Since them collecting the car we have received a fine for the car from driving in a certain area which is over 100+ miles from our home, we are currently disputing this as the dealer hasn’t changed the logbook.
No invoice of return, no customer service & an absolute shambles of a company.

Car developed faults after 24hrs and then after repair again after a further 3 days. Finally got a full refund but only after a lot of argument despite following all guidelines of the Consumer Goods Act.
