MottoFx is a scam organisation. I figured them out only after a few weeks. Luckily i invested a minimal amount back in 2020 and they tried to push me to invest more right up to the point that it began to sound threatening. It was at that stage i decided it was time to pull out so i requested for my deposit back. Fortunately for me i got most of it back with the exception of the extra charges incurred on my credit card for the transfer.

Now after almost 2 years they are chasing me claiming to have my money, puzzling though considering they informed me that they had refunded all my money however now they claim my money was invested by them without my knowledge with a £30k profit which they want to refund back to me but what baffles me is that these calls are from numerous organisations. To refund me they are requesting access to my bank account, talk about being duped twice. I have asked them to keep the money but stop calling me and still to date i am continuously receiving calls.

So my advise to anyone is stay clear of MottoFx assuming they are still operating because these callers inform me that the company has been disbanded which is why they are trying to refund money back to all investors.

The issues with MottoFx continue!!! Just watch out all of you who have lost money and once had healthy account balances that disappeared overnight! There are now scammers who have MottoFx customer phone numbers. They will call you and tell you that Motto were found out to be fake etc etc. They will then tell you that they can get your money back. Watch out for the Eastern European accent and the perfectly English name! Very suspicious. They may call and call many times in one day - pushy +++. When I asked them how they can get the money back they were vague and waffled on - I said will you be asking me to use AnyDesk? Yes they replied. 100% scammers!!!! Probably friends with the Motto team.

Swift intervention of Support @ safe reliance.com made it seemly possible to get my hands on my investment.how could I have possibly known mottofx was up to no good.I had trusted them and they did me bad.

I opened an account during lock-down, when I wanted to withdraw, they placed a huge credit on my account, then ‘froze’ it without any reason; what happened to my £28,400?!!

Events like these are not new, and users who has lost access to their accounts due to this breach of terms can compel brokers their principal. If you surf around newsletters & articles, you’ll see similar cases. Getting back your return in fx requires proper utilization of technical strategies. The idea is to contact people with such investigative capabilities.

I read one on forexpeacearmy before several weeks, their online presence is crazy!! The officials were quite professional and attentive when I wrote them about a week ago, submitted my claim- my money started coming in my bank yesterday, majorly in rations.

SCAM MOTTO FX … Absolute con artist Senior Financial Advisor Alexander Askin & Head of Trading Michael Fuchs I spoke to the @&%t Alexander Askin for the best part of a year almost every other day.

Never thought I would’ve got taken for a ride this way but I blame myself by ignoring the early warning signs and thinking I knew better.

Do not get fooled by these or any other similar Company if its not regulated run or at the least obtain the Company information and their ID which is as fake as they are and pass onto the authorities to investigate whilst you smile with them over the phone.

They took my investment showed large profits and when I wanted to withdraw they took the site down.

They are more than likely operating again under a different company name & website address doing the same thing DO NOT BE THE NEXT GULLIBLE IDIOT do your due diligence before parting with any money.

Do Not touch them. They originally showed large profits that were quite frankly too good to be true. They then started to request more funds which i refused... then the money started to disapear 300x faster than it gained profit. they then wouldn't close the negative trades whilst still positive equity. they then refused to give me a ny withdrawals and took more money to keep the account 'stable' while the negative trades were still losing. They then promised never to touch the remaining account balanec. Then the trader disapeared, a new trader started trading away the 'safe' account balance. No one would then answer any emails or requests. I managed to close all trades myself and make withdrawal requests. These were left unanswered completely and withdrawals denied. When i chased up to say i have no active trades left i just want the money out, without answering me, trades had opened up again and the remaining funds continued to diminish. Again i closed these myself and tried to withdraw. Again nothing until i chased them again, at which point the completely removed any remaining funds in my account. Do not ever touch them!!!

Awful customer service. No response to repeated requests for help regarding withdrawals. No confirmation of withdrawals on the websites as well.No confirmation of support questions regarding my withdrawal. I was so terrified. After several weeks of delay, I had to seek an alternative assistance from a reputable firm pro Financebase. Without their service I would still be lost . Visit their website to know more about them. I highly recommend.

Early days little problem.
Then little or no contact.
Locked out of my account until started to rated them 1. on Trustpilot.
Then a pretence of carrying on the facade until I could see (if their platform isn't a sham) and was told via email that all my hard earned cash was gone.
I could have pursued it further but these crooks had taken up so much of my time and caused me so much stress that for my mental well being I decided to leave it. What could I do? Nothing.

Total 100% scam with very rude threatening unprofessional representatives, 2 Months trying to take my money out. Wants me to invest £5000 so I can withdraw £900. Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with.

No way to give a negative star rating but would give -100 star rating if I could.
I have been deceived by these "retention agents" so badly and lost thousands whilst trying to raise money for a very worthy charitable cause.
I know now they are unregulated and so wish I had read some reviews before giving them my money as I was so hood winked by them and believed their outrageous promises.
I cannot get my money back but can give others warning by posting honest reviews of my experience which hopefully will stop others believing these thieves and con artists.
When you are passed to another agent - WATCH OUT! His only intention is to STEAL your hard earned money

Don’t trust them they show you big profits but when you try to withdraw it’s all gone out of your account sorry bad deal, I have been waiting for withdrawel money 5/6 weeks still not got it

I joined this platform in June, 2020 and have invested approx. £7,500. in total, I have made a withdrawal and this was credited promptly. As of 11/04/21 my account balance is nearly £31,000. My account manager, Simon Stone, has been diligent and very commutative, telephoning me on a near weekly basis. Trades are made with a small part of the balance and with a stop loss so as to preserve the capital. I have never made such a profitable investment and am very pleased and grateful to Simon and his team.

I've been working with MottoFX for almost an year now. We had ups and downs. Made money and lost money which is 100% normal but at the end of the day, the current situation is that we are dominating the market and we even got days where we make more than 10,000 GBP for a few hours. It is the market and losses are happening so most important it to find a proper strategy with your account manager. Kevin.

Has anyone got any information on my account Manager ..Michael Fuchs.? he has not contacted me for 2 weeks .last time we spoke ...it was just before he needed to visit hospital for treatment after a accident.
It would be nice to know if any one has had the

Terrible company, lost a lot of money through the unskilled financial advisors bad investing, I will never be sucked in again, hope anyone out there contemplating using this platform has second thoughts.
