THEY TELL YOU THAT YOUR MONEY IS LOST…
THE PROFESSIONAL FRAUDSTERS IN EUROPE
Do not go near there website. These people are professional thieves. The website is FAKE, they are not even registered with FCA. When they take your money, it will show that you are making profit. First of all, they tell you a different thing, and then they do a completely different thing to attract you. When you start questioning them, they will never answer your phone calls, emails and live chats. One thing everyone should know is that these days with technology anybody can create anything and this is what these people have done. They are professional thieves preying on people who are looking for survival. Your account will be showing profit, and when you start asking them about the money they will then tell you that you need to pay capital gains tax. When you are clever enough then you will ask yourself, that why pay money if I have plenty of money on the account. Whey you get tough on them and they realise that you are becoming aware of their SCAM, then they will tell you that you have lost the money on the trade. You are told this as soon as you tell them you are not going to pay the money and all off a sudden the trading screen goes to a minus (0). What kind of trading is this? Go to Etoro, Ava Trade and Trade Nation, you do not get this kind of crap. Do not even try to go near them, professional scammers.
They have got to be stopped, and this is very very serious. These guys are ruining lives. Is there anyway they can be stopped. The website is PURE FAKE IN THE REAL SENSE OF STEALING FROM PEOPLE.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they are fraudsters. Suck you in with promises, say they will only invest 10percent of your money, then invest and lose the lot. Do not, do not use them
Don’t invest in these people
I have put one star as there is no option for no stars
I opened an account in May during lockdown for something to do started with £250 very soon my balance was £800 ish all went well until I tried to take out £500 it was declined even though there was a remaining balance of over £300. They did a month later send me £250 which included £80 in charges ( rubbles to pounds) I have tried to withdraw the other £250 ever since but several month later no money and my account is on hold
I would not recommend anyone using this outfit ,you will only loose your money I’ve been lucky to get back almost what I paid in in and that because it was on a credit card not a debit card
Just read all the other reviews and don’t touch these people you will only loose your money eventually
Never ending problems with this company.
My last review about this company was 4 days ago. As a result I was notified that they were going to provide me with a full explanation.
Unfortunately, but as fully expected, I have heard nothing at all from the company. The team dealing with reviews and supposedly providing me with a response seem to have also disappeared along with the finance advisor and my money.
I am now at a complete loss and do not know how best to proceed.
So Disappointed and still waiting...
So Disappointed and still waiting.... Do Not Have Anything To Do With This Company
I share similar experiences as outlined in other recent reviews.
I have deposited money and with great difficulty managed to withdraw very little.
In the beginning I received weekly phone calls to provide updates on my account the last 3 months have gone quiet. I also received a great deal of pressure to deposit more money on the last calls with the Accounts Manager.
My account is showing that I have £3,998 remaining but I cannot withdraw anything.
I have not had any communication from the financial advisor since early September. I have made numerous requests by telephone and email asking him to contact me but he has not. The Customer support team always responded to my emails but have not provided any assistance just saying someone will call....I am still waiting.
I just want my money.
People can not trust this Company
Hi All,
The date today is the 19th December 2020 and still I have not herd anything from this Company after further emails including there Marketing team asking about htis review.
I placed a withdrawal for my balance and they reject this due to no profits based on a bonus, well prior to that as mentioned below I had more than enough profits until one of there Account managers lost it for me which I wanted to discuss as I only spoke to this guy once.
Dealing with Mottofx is still rediculous and I am still trying to get my money from this Company.
People can not trust this Company, since I joined in April 2020, I deposited $250 to start then had to deposit another $250 due to an open trade my account manager left running over a weekend.
I then found I had a different account manager, well I am up to 5th account manager now and this person does not communicate, he also has placed open trades, at one stage I had 51K in my trading account and due to an open trade when I logged on I lost 29K.
I then build the account back up over the following weeks as Bitcoin and XRP/USD was moving well then the same happened, I have emailed him and the help desk and I get the same.
No reply or Phone call from my Account Manager and from the help desk replies I will pass this onto your account manager to make contact.
I started to call the help desk at Motto Fx and spoke to them directly and was told I will be contact by another account Manager but still nothing.
Lastly I sent an email asking to withdraw my funds and for my account to be closed as I had 24K balance left (2/12/2020), I logged in the following day (5/12/2020) to find that a trade had been placed and my balance is less 11K with another open trade in negative 6K so now my balance is 5.8K, just think my account was 51K on the 30th November.
These guys do not communicate and have not made any effort to resolve this situation after many emails and phone calls to sort this out, Bunch of Crooks.

SCAM!!
I thought I've invested money beginning of this year, first couple of months they were quite active on the chart. then started to slow down and couldn't see any trading. trying to contact them is near impossible.
I don't know if they were really trading in the end...
I decided to cash out and I needed to get an IBAN number which Australia and New Zealand don't use, but they never or haven't come back to me for 2 months. I can't get any money back. They just disappeared.
here down people want the company…
here down people want the company contact them, but they contacted me using trustpilot.
You should reply to MC and others who contacted you.
MottoFX a fake outfit?
All seemed to go swimmingly until I tested the system by aiming to withdraw 50% of the fund. No chance. They dodged every request. Now they are claiming that 80% disappeared in less than 1 week. So the business model goes something like this;
1. Allocated an account manager. Fake name of course Alexander X, Sam Y; christian first name followed eastern block surname.
2. Funds grow rapidly and you get duped into thinking these guys are good. A bit of a hard sell by representative at that time. Of course this is not possible. I think they are simply moving funds around and making it look like that. Of course they can put anything on the charts etc and you'd be none the wiser
2. When things get awkward account handed over to someone else who blames the previous person and vows to rebuild fund. No chance. Also that investigation started ( over 4 weeks to check ) and then response we'll see if can award money from company reserve fund. No chance
3. Repeated request to withdraw what's left, left pending after 5 weeks now
Bottom line this company is a con and outside of financial regulation. Use them at your peril.
Lies and disappearing investment
On 24/9/20 I was phoned by Mr C Bock who told me that if I put more money into my account, it would be returned to me next week together with the remnants of my existing account plus some of the money I had lost earlier. I could ill afford this as the money was earmarked for bills and I am a terminally ill pensioner. He eventually persuaded me.
When the money did not arrive, I complained and he replied there was a delay in the finance dept. He also said to disregard the money showing in my account as it had not been updated. He emailed me on the 13 Oct Dear Richard The money has been sent
I emailed him on the 14,15,16,19 and 20 Oct. No reply.
I sent a message through a support agent to request another Advisor and was contacted by Mr G Sterling. I explained the situation in detail to him and he promised to help. I stressed that I just wanted my money back.
The next day I saw that the money in my account (remember this had been sent to me on the 13th ha ha) was being used in transactions. I tried to stop it but as usual no one responded. I tried to contact Mr Sterling and the compliance dept. No reply then or on the 30th. My account now shows £29.
Finally I sent a message through the support team to the compliance similar to this one. Still no reply.
What can I do ?
On Monday 9th Nov I received a request from MottoFX for my phone no.( which they have had for several months) saying they would look into my case and try to resolve it asap.
Since then no reply by phone call, answer phone or email. I see no reason for delay as they must have
Mr Bock's email dated 13/10/20 which stated that my money had been sent.
It is now the 22nd November and I still have not heard anything from MottoFX; 2 weeks since they asked for my phone number.
It is now 30 November and I had a call from MottxFX last Monday asking for details of my problem, in spite of all the information previously given, and promising to look into the matter. Since then nothing.
It is now 6 Dec and still no reply
15 /01/21 I have at last been contacted by Simon Stone who has promised to look into my complaint. i have again given all the details and explained that I have kept copies of all emails and transactions etc. Watch this space for signs of progress; I hope

Stay well clear of this company they…
Stay well clear of this company they are dishonest and will encourage to put more money in that you will never see against. I wish I had read the reviews. They are very good at telling you that they aren’t fraudulent. Once you ask to with draw money your balance suddenly disappears. I have lost my money, my own stupid fault but please stay clear of them they are thieves.
Stay away from mottoFX
Stay away from mottoFX, how many you deposted, how many you loss, as they will reject all your withdrawal and entered into your account to clean up all your deposit and profit by performing a lot of great negative trades.
Mottofx scam
On September 3rd, I asked Mr Michael Sachs, so called “Senior Financial Advisor” with Mottofx to return £1,000 from my FX account (presently valued at £11,443). He has repeatedly refused to do so. I suspect Mottofx is a scam and discourage any potential investors from investing with this company.

One star is too generous
One star is too generous. Began well with regular communication. Great profits for a few weeks. Then...nothing. My financial advisor went awol, couldn't contact him, asked live chat to look into it. Reply was 'many attempts had been made'. Then received phone calls at odd times, always one ring only and unable to return call. Have now been told I've lost my money, unless I give them more and try to trade out of my loss. Thanks for nothing Motto fx...you are dodgy!
MottoFX has stolen my money
I was initially very happy with MottoFX until I tried to withdraw some of my profit on 17 July 2020. After a week, I was told it was "approved" and had been sent to my bank 24/7/20. Since it was a SEPA transfer it should only have taken a day or so, after a week it had not been received. I tried to find out what had happened and was told that no details would be provided for 15 business days. after 3 weeks it had still not appeared and I spoke to my bank who said if it had been sent it would have been received by then. I tried to get a copy of the transfer to check if the account details were correct. I was told my financial advisor would ring me asap. That did not happen. over 20 emails later and now more than 2 months and I got one phone call to give them 24 hrs to check it out. I still have no copy or details of the transfer and nor has my bank. ALSO, the trading on my account stopped when I tried to withdraw some funds. Despite excellent trading circumstances, nothing has happened in the last 2 months. Despite every couple of days being told my "financial advisor" would call, they have not. Basically, my money 10,000 euro and supposed profit has been stolen.
MOTTOFX IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
At the end of April 2020 I lost my job due to Covid19 and being desperate I reacted to an online advert in which a celebrity praised this company for helping him earn alot of profit on his investment and naturally I was curious to find out whether this could work for me too.
I made the necessary enquiries and was contacted by a very kind man, Oliver, who was empathetic with my situation and genuinely wanted to help me.....or so I thought.
Oliver sent me screenshots of clients accounts as examples of the kind of money that could be made and naturally I was very impressed and eager to boost my bank balance in order to make ends meet whilst unemployed.
I initially invested £250.00 and was blown away by how quickly profit was made. Oliver called me at least twice a week to check my account balance with me and reassure me that my money was safe.
On Oliver's advice I invested another £1000.00 and was very happy to see the further growth. I was told that the £1000.00 was protected and that I could not lose it, no matter what the market did, which I asked him to explain to me a few times as I wanted to be sure I understood correctly.
Oliver continued to call me once a week and seemed genuinely glad that he was able to assist me and was always very reassuring that my money was safe.
When the balance reached in the region of £1780.00 Oliver suggested that I invest more money in order to have faster and bigger growth potential. I told him that I'd invested all that I had and didn't have anything more to give, only a credit card.
He then called me again to say that if I invested another £2500.00 MottoFX would give me a bonus of £2500.00 to boost the funds and profit. He said that this money would also be protected and couldn't be lost, only my initial £250.00 was at risk.
Oliver also confirmed that by the end of August I could withdraw the £2500.00 to pay back my credit card and also withdraw the other £1000.00 I'd invested and he would continue to trade with the profit that was left after MottoFX had taken their £2500.00 bonus back.
Needless to say, I followed Oliver's advice. I took the £2500.00 from savings and then lived on my credit card secure in the knowledge that I'd be able to pay it back at the end of August.
When I transferred the £2500.00 I was advised by Oliver to open a Bistamp account as it was easier to deposit and withdraw that way. The app wouldn't download, so Oliver did the necessary from his side and had control of the codes required for any Bitstamp transactions.
I checked the balance regularly and saw that it growing very slowly, so approached Oliver to check what was happening and was told that he wasn't able to provide me with huge profit all the time, which I understood, but I just needed to know that everything was still safe. At this stage the balance was in the region of £7800.00, which included the MottoFX bonus.
I didn't hear back from Oliver and when I tried to access my account online the password didn't work. I tried calling him and emailed him to ask for assistance, but got no response. A couple of days later I was suddenly able to access the account and the balance was only just over £500.00.
I immediately accessed the online chat and was contacted by George who said that he was a recovery expert and would assist me in finding out what happened to my money.
A couple of days later George called to say that Oliver was no longer employed by MottoFX. He had experienced a psychological breakdown and made bad choices with investments and that is why my account balance had fallen so drastically.
I was very shocked by this and asked George that surely their company had some kind of procedure in place to protect their clients and ensure that they weren't affected by an employee that had gone rogue or had a mental breakdown. He said they didn't.
I asked for my initial investments to be refunded, I didn't care about the profits. George didn't hesitate to say that I could only withdraw £360.00 from the account and that he had never heard about investments being protected and I was given false information and guidance.
I've been emailing George asking him to explain numerous 'swaps', 'bonus redeemed', 'correction', 'swapcorrection' and 'totalswap' transactions on my account, but I'm being ignored.
I received an email from Bitstamp saying following a close examination of recent activity on my account they are terminating the account. In their view any continuation of a relationship would not be appropriate due to their internal policies. I asked for further info, but was told they would cooperate with a police investigation, but couldn't discuss the matter further.
It is DISGUSTING that in these tough times MottoFX are taking advantage of desperate people and we're losing our hard earned and only money to these DEVIOUS SCAMMERS!!
Do not invest with MottoFX or unregulated on line trading companies).
I saw some reports that you could make serious money investing into crypto currencies. The MottoFX web site looked very professional with lots of links to articles promoting investing in them. So I invested the minimum which was £250. Profits appeared to be very good. So I was then persuaded to invest £5000. Profits were good! Then I was contacted to tell me that my investment and profit would be lost but could be saved if I could pay more money. Basically they are milking people for money, more money and even more money. I refused and so I don't expect to hear from them again. An expensive experience which could have been even worse if I had continued to invest.

Also Finger weg.
Attention professional fraud !!!!
This is a fraud! Under no circumstances do business with them. I am currently trying to get my invested EUR 35'000 via the authorities and the prosecution. They are acting very professional and nobody notices that. Names like Mikhael Kreiner, Mr Sonntag, Mia Cooper, Milla Davis, Alfredo Gonzalez, Karl Heinz are all in the same boat. Under no circumstances work with them. They also have no license for trading ! So hands off. I'm a victim out of sheer imprudence. My contact was Mikhael Kreiner. He's very professional and when you talk to him you think he knows his stuff. It's all a scam. I was given a written statement of my winnings and even a contract was sent to me that I would be paid out EUR 50'000 on a certain day. But when I didn't take out an insurance policy and didn't pay in another EUR 50'000, they deliberately traded at a loss. Most of the money is gone. Fact today: no payout, no response to emails, no phone calls, nobody calls back, whats up was blocked. No chance to get in contact with them. Dear people, please keep your hands off them and don't be fooled by their professional approach. Please also be careful with the positive messages here on this platform, most of them are faked ! Such a thing must have an end !
