There was no mention of the type of succulent I received. I had to look them up on Google. Hopefully I got them right.

They were packaged beautifully and they look wonderful. I am ordering more today. You've got me hooked up!

The plants I received didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. I’m so disappointed as they were a birthday gift for my daughter.

All good with the order. They just need to make sure that at the time of shipment the plants and substrate are not wet to prevent rot.
Although the pachyphytum I bought arrived with many fallen leaves and rotted, the plant itself arrived quite well. The other plants arrived in perfect condition.

The plants arrived on a very cold day but were well protected. They are healthy and growing well. They were well packaged.

3/4 of the plants were dead, destroyed, and rotten.

Plants are great .packaging or post office delivery not so great. Serious loss of soil in all pots except the one wrapped in its own paper cone. After unpacking and trying to capture most, but not all of the lost soil from the box bottom, replanting, watering, my plants looked ok. But, it was a mess.

By far the best nursery I have ever purchased from. Not only were the succulents well packed , all on sale and very great size for a 2 in. pot. They looked exactly as pictured on website. Will definitely be using Mountain Crest Gardens again and telling friends about my experience.

Plant arrived in one piece, not mangled and in poor condition, it looks very healthy

While 30 of the 50 shipped well and looked great upon arrival, there were 10 that did not ship well and were not as beautiful or full. While, I would have loved a replacement for our anniversary and connecting with customer service, getting a replacement would not have arrived in time due to the lapse in communication via text and submission request to provide pictures. I wish I could have selected the ones I wanted based on availability. Overall, it was a great value in comparison to what box stores are charging per plant.

It was my first time ordering and I was blown away at the size and quality of my succulents and cacti! I will definitely be ordering again.

ordering from you has always been a positive experience. you have answered any questions I had. to be honest I rather order from you than going to local places in the area where I live.

I could not be happier with the plants I received. The packaging was exceptional and every plant was lovely and healthy and ready for their new home. I will certainly keep Mountain Crest Gardens on my list of places to purchase from in the future.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I want to commend you for the condition of the plants. Mailing is always dicey, but these plants had a great root system, and that makes all the difference!

When I received the three plants and opened the package 75% of the plant stems were brown; also one plant only had two stems. Very disappointed.

The succulents I received were beautiful, only two were damaged after their long journey. So far they are doing well in their new home. The directions that were provided for planting and care were great! Only wish there had been a bit more variety in the plants I got but they are very healthy looking.
