Prompt processing of order .Competitive pricing.

I can't fault the response rate and service, but the £5 immediate discount I'd been promised for registering wasn't applied. Neither these points nor those I earned from my order showed up on my order confirmation.

I purchased items from them via eBay after not getting items in time I contacted them after reading quite a lot of negative feed back they had revived I simply asked where order was and I would allow extra time before contacting eBay for refund I also mentioned eBay comments that products was not as should be and if this was the case I would seek refund the replays was that they always post unlike Royal Mail I said I this was the case of missing items use tracking I then got told the cost surly customers would pay if secured delivery of items the mention of fault products and refunds was totally avoided which was a main negative feed back comment the reply to which I was sent we are not a bedroom company and all comment via one customer and they are in heads of solicitors surly this would be in correct as to leave feed back you have to purchase a item to open up the feed back option so they are trying to say someone is spending money, opening new eBay accounts then creating purchase history just to then buy a item from them just so they can leave negative feed back come on really once I finally get my order I won't be using again not would I recommend to anyone else save your money buy else where from shop where direct sales person is

I ordered a product but I didnt get any confirmation from them, I texted and I called them but no answer at all. There is a debit charge from my bank. very disappointed!!!

Generally good value and service, but with two issues to report:
I ordered 200 capsules and these were delivered in a sealed envelope rather than a bottle or container which would have been preferable, although I guess this does keep costs down.
The delivery method required a signature which meant I had to be home, requiring organising a re-delivery, which was a lot of hassle - I would prefer delivery with no signature required, and would be happy to sign a waiver if required; ideally this would be an option when ordering on-line.

I am using this product as i have information from a reliable source (Charles Poloquin) that if used for long enough it tightens loose skin up after weight loss. been taking gotukola orally now for about 4 months and now on to my second bottle of gotukola infused oil, around the 6 month mark is where the magic happens so watch this space!
