In need of an old Mavic spoke of proprietary design which appear to be as rare as hens teeth. Mountain Mania had one in stock and luckily was in rideable distance to collect.
Friendly staff in the shop. Didn't stay too long but will use again when the needs arises.

Took rear wheel in for spoke tightening…
Took rear wheel in for spoke tightening and was verbally quoted £20. Picked up and charged £40. Accepting that a verbal quote is an estimate but 100% uplift without any explanation as to why is not good. Also took chasing with a phone call to ask what / when wheel would be sorted. Positive side - very friendly staff front of house. Jury out if I would use services again , given experience.

New MRP rollers
Yes, finally replacements for my perished MRP rollers. Such a blessing, new ones in correct colour and markings. I can replace the rollers on my Fourcross bikes now! Pukka’ ; )

Helpful about clothing sizing.
Little unsure about the size of the t shirt so I phoned them up. So helpful and the person I spoke to said he did the mail orders and would look out for my name.
Arrived in 2 days and t shirt is perfect for my husband’s birthday.
Would definitely use this company again.

Great Bike Shop
The guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Fast delivery. Also made a trip to visit the shop in person and once again the staff were extremely helpful. Great shop with some great products, awesome service. Will visit again soon. Thanks guys
