Got my iPhone X done at the shop in lakeside Thurrock and it cost £50 3 days later it all fell off and shredded, went back after Xmas to be told that I needed to give them the plastic which came off for them to send it away to get it analysed before they could do anything,never mentioned that when buying it tho!!!! “Bulletproof” they said, staff are ignorant and don’t care, I would avoid this place at all costs as a cheap £1 cover will last you much longer!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

If this product did what they say it would then it would be great but it doesn’t. I spend £120 on 2 of the covers for mine and my partners new iPhone, in less than 2 weeks the front peeled off when I put it in my pocket. By the time I got the chance to take the 30 minute drive to the kiosk at Meadowhall it had gone last the 2 week garentee period and I had to pay 12 for a replacement. Shortly after that the back peeled off! Now the sides are going too! I’ve contacted the company 5 times and not got any reply! I wasn’t even complaining I was simply asking for advice as it’s going to become a little expencive having the replace them every 2 weeks! The only way I can see this case working is if I was to put a case on the phone which would prevent the cover from peeling off. Which defeats the object of putting a £60 cover on it! If you want my advice... Stay Away!

Hopeless. Paid £60 13/11/18. Today I returned to the kiosk Mobile Outfitters, St David’s Centre, Cardiff with the lifetime guarantee and photographs to show the Clear Coating peeling off. As we didn’t have the broken peeled off bits they said they couldn’t help .
It’s not even a 2 month guarantee !
A cheap cover from the market served us much better previously .

This is a huge waste of money. The clear coat keeps peeling off or gets dirt trapped under it and when you take it in they replace it but the same things happens about 2 weeks later. may as well get a normal case from Amazon

Overall an amazing product with allot of benifits, I have been a user of this product for two years now and I've had 4 or 5 phones done and every time its never failed to Impress.

I had first taken in my I phone 4 that was scratched to bits and the Matte cover took out every single scratch on my phone and It looks brand new and I covered my cracked back of the phone with a skin so it didn't show.

There was once or twice there may of been little things that sometimes bugged me but the staff are always happy to sort it out as long as its in the warentys period.

But I find it genrealy does what it says on the box and it's backed by fantastic service.

Only down side is the initial price but if its something that you need then it's a must buy.

My phone was clear coated by the wonderful Josh who was super professional and applied a unique matte finish that has my friends all wowed! I also nearly scratched a large part of my phone but thanks to the clear coat my phone is safe!

Got the matte front with carbon fibre feel back and sides, and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with how it's lasted and makes my phone feel more premium. The staff at the Samsung Experimence Store in oxford street were fantastic, had a great bit of banter while waiting for them to find putting the protectors on. No makes left on your phone with the matte finish is just perfect. Thanks to Dave and Ram for their services.

Try getting a replacement after 2 weeks they charge you £12. NOT A LIFETIME GUARANTEE as they promote. ABSOLUTE CON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My phone looks amazing now. I was given a lot of options and i decided to go with the clear coat material and i couldn't be happier. The end result was great, but what really set mobile outfitters apart was the service! Great bunch of people.

The service I received at Mobile Outfitters in the Samsung Experience store on Oxford street was amazing. I brought cheap screen protectors before from online but they never last long,I was recommend to use mobile outfitters screen protection as mobile outfitters have a lifetime warranty and it long lasting,I was blow away by the quality of the screen protector I chose which was matte feel love it. I was able to customise the back of my phone with a leather feel skin of black and brown. The phone looks great. Definitely recommend these guys.

I would Highly recommend Mobile Outfitters, to friends, family and everyone. Having put the clear screen protector and army skin on my S9+ I can say from experience that the product and service are great.
The screen protector does not affect the sensitivity of the phone unlike sone other products on the market, and the service at the Samsung Experience Store on Oxford Street was amazing.
Over all great value for money and service with a smile.

My experience with mobile outfitters was amazing. I was mind blown to find out how protective their solutions are and got my Samsung S9 plus covers front back and sides and it's empowered my to not use my old bulky case which was the main reason I dedided to use Clear Coat from Mobile outfitters. My phone looks impressive in the Matt version and I'm always getting comments about the camo design skin on the back ! Very happy customer thank you mobile outfitters for your service, with lifetime warranty I'm sure I'll be back for my other devices.
