In my opinion this product was mis sold to me.
I don’t think I was told properly about the details of the T&C of the warranty.
For anyone who doesn’t already know:
YOU HAVE TO PAY EVERY TIME THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CLEARCOAT.

Don’t fall into the trap I did.

This company are also really unprofessional to deal with, I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I ever deal with them again.

To address the comment below - The t&c were given to me, but they didn’t show them to me and they verbally told me different. Absolute con artists and so rude to deal with.

Bukayo and Raman were extremely friendly and helpful.They fitted the screen in good time and explained how to look after the product and the terms and conditions of the guarantee. All in all an excellent experience.

Used mobile outfitters in Aberdeen, union square, Josh was the guy, brilliantly explained all about it and very good knowledge, explained all the terms and conditions, he very pleasant and good at his job, well done and thanks.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with! Had clear coat fitted at sheffield meadowhall after driving an hour and half purely to get it fitted. So after an hour and half drive home i take it out of the packet and its already peeling! Ive contacted every email address going for mobile outfitters and just get ignored on every front! Absolute scam how they can say lifetime guarantee when it barely lasts a day is beyond me! No answer on the phone from Sheffield branch and no number at all for customer service!!! Terrible terrible company

Got clear coat for my p30 pro at manchester trafford centre branch. They gave me reciept and nothing else. Told me to come back within 14 days if i have any problem and they will fix it for free. Coat started coming off on 2nd day. I went there on third day and showed them reciept. They refused to fix it as they said i didnt have the warranty paper (which they never gave me in first place) . Was told to email them. I emailrd them two weeks ago. Never heard back from anyone. distraceful fraud company. Know how to rip people off. Beware

I bought a full body for my Apple Watch at the Birmingham Bullring kiosk and all three of the people I spoke with were very friendly. Josh in particular fitted the clear coat for me. Josh was polite, very attentive and informative. Apparently, he was covering and usually works in Aberdeen.

So far, I am happy with the product, however I am a little bit apprehensive of the reviews. I am very glad that I thoroughly checked the t&c’s while it was being fitted. A little bit disappointed, outfitters do not have the option for an email receipt - I’d recommend getting with times.

The quality remains to be seen and if I am happy then I would definitely buy more to fit my iPad, Mac and iPhone.

Joshua in the Union Square Aberdeen branch was poilte and explained the process with care. Very happy at the moment with the wrap. Second I have had done and if this one holds up as well as the last, I will be delighted. Thank you.

Went to there branch 4 days ago. They said if we have any problem we can get it fixed free within the!14 days . the Skin already coming off on 4th day. Went back to them today. They are not fixing it. When asked for manager they ignored me and looking away. Pathetic company. Liars. Very bad quality. AVOID waste of 60 pound

After Ana and Andrew from Moutfitters support failed to answer, understand or even do what they said they would I contacted the Moutfitters office in the USA. What an experience. I emailed the 15 correspondence emails to the UK team and in under 4hrs I had a refund as well as sincere apologies from Millie who I spoke to. I’m happy that this is done and over with but the US office didn’t have to help me as they sold the license to the UK vendor who is awful. They didn’t have to apologise it wasn’t them that failed at every turn. I’m not going to change my rating as this is for the UK company, but I want it on record that your American counterparts have gone above and beyond and have put you to shame.

Purchased a clear coat cover for my iPhoneXR from Cardiff St. Davids 2 April ‘19. After letting it dry as told to it was scratched in less than 24hrs! Unimpressed I asked for a refund. Was told “We don’t do refunds. If you’ve got a problem contact support.” When I asked where does it say no refunds they pointed me to their Ts&Cs tucked away where no one can see. They also don’t give you a copy of them until you get your receipt and have paid! Support said no refunds because we offer a “Lifetime Warranty”. Reading closer if you need it replaced you have to pay a “service” charge of £11 each time. I was still within the 14 we’ll fix it for free stage and got them to try again. This was a disaster, I pointed out the dust under the coating and was told no that is not dust that will go away when it drys. 24hrs later guess what.... dust doesn’t dry up and miraculously disappear. Took it back and asked them to take it off completely and to contact support and tell them the situation as I was getting nowhere. “We have no contact with them, you’ll have to go through the email support route.”
A totally crushing experience from both the vendors and from the “support” team. £50 was a lot to spend for what is a product that failed to live up to the promises made.
Will happily change this review if given a reason to change my mind on any of the points above.

I have been a customer of Mobile Outfitters at the Manchester Trafford Centre kiosk for the last few years and I personally do not prefer having cases for phones. I went to the Kiosk at Trafford Centre on 16/03/2019 to get a replacement of the film which had come of the back of my Iphone X, due to poor baking done previously which was about 4 months ago. While travelling the film came off as it had folded up and was popping out. I am very careful with my phone and keep it in pristine condition.

Met with this guy Nas or Narimantas ( He refused to give me his full . name ) at the Trafford Centre kiosk and he was extremely rude and arrogant with me, when I claimed my warranty. He said you should've got me the back film, and you have now breached the warranty so pay £50 again, else we cant help you. The film was well intact on the sides and the front screen and I even had my receipt of purchase. In all my previous visits nobody had informed me that I had to bring the film for a part of the phone back. In my last visit the sides had come off and they had replaced it and this time around the attendant was being fiesty and arrogant in the centre of a mall and causing me immense embarrassment. He refused to give me his full name and wouldn't give me any details of the store manager or owner. It was almost 8.45pm and it must have been his time to go home it seems.

Overall they customer service is shocking and the rip you off by coming up with new excuses to not validate their SO CALLED LIFETIME WARRANTY.

I had my phone covered beginning of September 2018. Since then I have had to have the cover replaced 3 times from is coming lose round the edges. I have been charged £12 for this being replaced even though this has happened on many occasions which shows to me that there is a fault with their product. Then today I dropped my phone when getting out the car and it has shattered it has fallen only a few feet from the floor and has broken to pieces. The customer service is shocking they will not apologise for the constant replacement of the cover. They also blamed me for it coming lose becomes I put my phone in my back pocket and take in and out of bag because this would ‘obviously’ cause the protector to come lose. I am fuming at this product especially paying so much money to feel as though I have been scammed from this company as this protector has caused me nothing but problems. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!

I have been using these guys for a wile now...
I am a Samsung guy and since my Samsung S7 I was having trouble finding a screen protector that adapts correctly to the curved screen.
I was dragged by my wife to go clothes shopping (The Joys!), waiting outside a shop for her I saw these guys and went over for a nosy I was explained the different finishes they had, I gave it a try and have been using them since my S7 my S8 and today my beautiful S10+.
I am not one to leave reviews but these guys have deliverer great service to me since day number 1 and if I have ever had any issues there customer service line as always done the above and beyond to help me I really don't get these people leaving bad feedback because they did not look after there phone or there trying to get free stuff! Follow the instructions and treat your phone properly and you wont have no issues! it is my 3rd phone I have had protected and and my wife as her's done and never experienced any of these issues!! There is even a review on here about ordering a case and not receiving it!!! they don't do cases and they don't sell online! I wish they did but they don't FALSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Ive had 2 of my phones covered with the Clear Coat now and im very happy with the result. Josh who did the work was very polite, helpful and professional. I would definately recommend this if you like to use your phone without a cover. However, if you tend to drop it alot it may smash as the product does not claim to make it indestructible. I love the result anyway. Keeps my phone in excellent condition with no scraps or scratches. Thank you

I have had the Fusion Bump £130.
At first it did seem like a great product. The front and back are covered, on the first application seemed fine. The product was on for a month, I dropped my phone and the screen smashed. Had the screen changed and took it back to mobile outfitters today, after a little wait the screen protector was replaced and the bumper replaced too. ( original had a small spilt in) on the second application, on the front around the sides doesn’t seem to completely seal to the phone but it has only been on a few hours, so hopefully it’ll set properly 😳 After spending that much money I’m determined to stay with them as I do hope it will be as good as what is advertised.
Their customer service was more than helpful and have tried to rectify the problems I’ve had. Their warranties are clear and specify there may be extra charges for change of protectors (labour fee- the product they put back on are free) and that you must have the original product on return, which is more than acceptable. I am happy with it at the minute :)

Product Quality is worth the money compared to the stuff out there. Feels tough and gives you the peace of mind.

Whilst the staff have been friendly enough at the Braehead kiosk, either the product, installation or perhaps even both are poor. I've given up after 4 attempts. The company carry a no refund policy but seem to lack basic understanding of the Sale of Goods Act. Enquiries raised via the web site have gone unanswered. The screen protectors I've had fitted have had....dimples, put on squint, peel, blistered, bubbles and just plain fail to stay stuck. Such a high cost should carry something better than what you can get off e-bay for a few quid but it does not. I would not recommend.

Had a clear coat applied to my iPhone X after I bought it, had to have this reapplied after a few months due to peeling. The second skin has now started to peel too (after pretty much the same time period).
The 'Lifetime Guarantee' is a con - each time you need to get this reapplied there is a cost - in hindsight, a plastic case would have been a better option.
Don't get suckered into this!

All of their market products estate they offer LIFETIME WARRANTY if you need to replace the coat – which you will - it is not marks resistant and it will eventually peel off the edges of your phone overtime. The original fitting costs £110 for the latest iPhone and £80 for the Samsung!

However your 'lifetime guarantee' replacement, will cost you £12-£14 each time.
If you need to keep paying when there's a problem, the product is NOT lifetime guaranteed!

It also DOES NOT protect against falls, as advertised.

This company runs a false advertisement marketing campaign and a scam. They have 2 ALMOST IDENTICAL leaflets – one is distributed for marketing purposes, showing all the 'good things' about the product. The other is handled to you with your receipt AFTER you have the coat fitted on your phone - only this one has T&Cs printed on. At no time at all the T&Cs are pointed out to you before or after the sale. In fact they hand you the receipt and empathize you must keep it safe for your ‘lifetime guarantee’.

I intend to complain against this to Trading Standards and request a refund. I'd advise everyone else who’s been a victim of this company to do the same.
