Awful. Do not trust these people with your phone. I paid £50 to ‘protect my phone’, with guarantees from the staff that the wrap lasts ‘at least 2 years’. With 24 hours little bubbles had appeared under the surface, more and more have appeared over the last few weeks, indentations, discolouration and the skin easily peels back. It’s not convenient for me to get back to the place of purchase so when I finally got chance to go back to see them today (about 10 weeks) later I’m told my choices are to pay more for a replacement skin (!!!!!) or ‘email customer services’ the guys on the desk can’t do a thing apparently. They told me yes it will peel if it picks up ‘wear and tear’ from being in a bag or in a pocket (!!) what did they want me to do? Carry it around in bubble wrap?? Gobsmacked that I’ve been so easily conned. I warned other customers browsing the kiosk and I hope as many people as possible see this before buying from these cowboys.

Bought 2 skins and both came up really bad. Arrogant staff refused to give me a refund for £120 that I paid and directed me to customer support and customer support have still not refunded my money and it’s been over a month. Going to take them to small claims court and reporting them to trading standards. Stay away from these guys. Absolutely no customer service and staff in helpful and guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on

I visited the Bullring kiosk to get my Nintendo Switch clear-coated with matte. It helps with using my switch out and about. Staff were very useful in explaining all of the T&C’s of the lifetime warranty

I went to Birmingham Bull Ring and was served by David. He was very friendly to approach and showed me through all the different skins I could choose from. I am very happy with my style skin so far as it completely covers up the smashed glass on the back of my s6 edge.

I went to lakeside kiosk and was served by Jade she was so helpful and advised me to get fusion. I have absolutely no regrets. Nothing but nice things to say about the help I received

Visited a kiosk in the bullring , and after being talked to was showed that I could protect my phone with fusion. So far I have had no problems and it has been pretty solid.
I was served by a guy called Gabriel, who was extremely helpful.

Would recommend other to use

Had my phone done at the Bullring a couple of months ago. Have dropped my phone so many times and not even a scratch😍😍😍 Highly recommend this company!!

As usual really happy with my full body clear-coat wrap that I had done at my usual store in Newcastle.

I bought the matte cover for my iPhone. The cover didn’t even last the two weeks before it started to lift. My the time I got to the shops to have it replaced I was less then 24hrs outside my warranty and was told to pay an additional £12. Terrible qualify and costumer service.

I have previously used this company and purchased there original clear product but this time i got the pink glitter skin on my phone and gold glitter on my daughter's phone and it looks fab! I love it.

Saw this product in Bluewater shopping centre, a friendly gentleman called he Ram gave me detailed information regarding the products and recommend the Fusion.

10 🌟 for the service and 10 🌟 the end result.

Amazing product, got my iPhone XS wrapped in Glasgow, The guy was amazing explained everything, I decided to go with clear coat on my phone as fusion was quite a lot of money, I was really happy of how it looked, thanks a lot dawid

Mobile Outfitters UK is a company promising a lot using the exposure of a trusted brand like Samsung.

Failure to deal with customer complaints promptly.
A product which fails to serve its purpose and eye-watering expensive.
A very poorly run company which most likely will not resolve any of your complaints.

Purchased full body protection just over a week ago 50 pounds approx looked great. However my phone fell from my pocket whilst leaving my van now the entire top of the rear of the phone is broken so much for military grade protection small fall and phone is knackered stick to silicone case and tempered glass protectors from now on. Very unimpressed

Had Fitbit done within 2 weeks the cover film fell off luckily I found the cover film which you need to present to get another one put on free of charge as it was under 2 weeks old.Again just after a fortnight later the same thing happened again ,I again had the film to present but had to pay £7 as it was outside the 2 weeks, then again after a few weeks it fell off again but this time the film was lost so as I didn't have it would have had to pay full money again which I am not doing .

Waste of money! Had to replace it twice since I brought it. Bumper has now broken at the side where the volume is after being taken off twice to replace screen. Life time guarantee means paying £25 each time bumper is broken! And 12 each time if screen peels! I’m fed up of having to pay each time! Terms and conditions wasn’t explained before purchase. Learnt a very valuable but expensive lesson. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went to the Mobile outfitters in the samsung store on oxford street and got my S10+ and my tab s4 done with the matt on the back and screen and i love it, I plan to get more of my devices done and I hope the gentleman gets a raise as he was a superstar.

Must avoid, expensive and crap. One fall and phone is gone so £50 that i paid for the phone to be protected as the adviser told me that is 10X more durable than any other product in the world.

Popped into Mobile Outfitters in Union Square, Aberdeen to have my phone ‘wrapped’! My son has had his last two phones wrapped here and has always been delighted and, as I hated my phone cover, I decided to have my new phone done too! Now I wish I hadn’t bothered buying a cover from the Apple Shop as I MUCH PREFER this look!!

The guys, Josh who served me, Sam and Gabriel were very helpful and explained everything in great detail! Didn’t need to do a hard sell as I had already decided, but there was no hard sell about it at all!

The guarantee is pretty good too, so all in all I would highly recommend anyone to visit MO at Union Square and get their phone ‘wrapped’!

Awful product and service avoid at costs. I have had the product replaced 5 times within 6 months, after paying £70 I expected abit more.
