Contacted on several occasions and never once replied to my emails. Checked spam boxes just incase they say anything about that.
The reputation says it all, AVOID at all costs.
They applied a screen protector to the galaxy s10 which didnt fit, then proceeded to cut down the edges with scissors to leave sharp edges. Told me not to open the envelope for 2 hours, luckily i did because the protector wasnt even applied properly. Went back, complained they re did it, the exact same thing happened again, then wanted a refund. They said the wernt able to supply one

I paid for the cover on my phone at the Birmingham stall. By the time i had got to New Street station the cover had started to peel off. I walked back to the stall and waited another hour while they put another cover on. To be safe i left it in the envelope for several hours, when i took it out it had stated peeling off again. I called the stall in Birmingham and was advised to take it back. I work away from home and explained i would be away for a month and was told thats ok bring it back then, which i did. A few days after having it re covered it started peeling off the fromt and back again so i went on the website and filled in the form and emailed moutfitters. I was informed that as i had gone direct to the stall there was no evidence of the previous issues, i was given a reference number and an appointment to get the phone covered again. I travelled by train back to Birmingham and had the phone covered yet again. I explained the situation to the staff member who remembered me from my previous visits, i asked whether he could email moutfitters to confirm that this had happened a few times before but he stated that he was not allowed to do that. A few days later the cover on the front and back started peeling again. I emailed moutfitters and was told AGAIN Clear-Coat is a Custom-made item therefor in the event of us receiving a written complaint regarding an issue with one of our products the first approach to take is to replace/repair the mentioned item with the fault. We do so by providing a email confirmation for a free warranty replacement with its unique Reference Code, this Reference Code allows us to track the outcome of the repair. They had no evidence of any of my previous visits. I have not recieved any reply from any of my other emails where i have requested a refund as the product clearly does not work on my phone. I will continue emailing as i will not just let this go.
Well as you can see the response is exactly the same as all pervious responses. I have clearly stated that i DO HAVE evidence from the most recent repair. The item was faulty as soon as i purchased it but your staff chose twice to simply repair it withouit recording the issues, how can this be my fault. I have sent many emailos to you with no reply. If you bother to reply i will YET AGAIN forward the evidence to you and then lets see what the response is!

If I could I put 0 stars I would do, the cover is a complete waste of £50, was advised when purchasing the product that if you wasn’t happy with the product or it was faulty then you would receive a refund, the pop up shop in the trafford centre tells you that it is company policy not to give refunds and you aren’t allowed to speak to a manager, I have never heard of this in 12yrs of retail experience myself. Then is no main line head office contact number it is all done by mobile number ‭07486 037127‬. I have rang this number several times and it just rings out. The attendant Paul advised me that I can’t speak to the manager in Birmingham because it is a personal number and they only contact each other through WhatsApp. I have sent the email and pictures, let’s see if we get a response otherwise other action will follow very shortly.

I paid for a full cover for my iphone and apple watch, £90 on 1 June, then on 7 September had the iphone cover recovered (after visiting an empty stall on two visits, wasting parking and petrol) and upgraded for £17. I dropped the phone, not from any particular height and it has smashed, which has obviously disappointed me as previous phones had a zagg product and I have never had a smashed screen before- so the product is no good, also the matt cover prevents you seeing the screen in the sun as I found last week in Portugal. I now find the stall in Cardiff has closed and nowhere to get any service, so sold with a guarantee to replace but no-where within distance to get it done., Do not get this inferior product and unstable company.
I do not see travelling for an hour, wasting petrol for a product that does not protect your phone at all is justifiable- JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK. .

I fully recommend that no one touches this company with a barge pole. I only had the cover on for 4 days, it started to peal, I contact customer support who gave me a case number.
Returned & got a supposed new cover, which peeled within 2 days.
After lost of hassle & having to return to the kiosk on a number of occasions the finally agreed to give me a refund.
3 months later they not only have not refunded my money, they are refusing to reply to a single one of my e-mail's.
This is beyond shocking & every time I go back to the kiosk they refuse to refund me my money saying I have to contact customer support, what's the point.
Avoid this company totally

You have replied to my review advising a goodwill gesture of a new screen. Even though you have done this twice. You have fully agreed to a full refund, which has been sent to your refund team, but now no one will reply to my emails, you have had the product back, 1 expect to hear from you with the fufund in my account, you have had approx. 20 emails, some of them with my bank details on, just sort it & stop messing me around

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The products are falsely sold and faulty. They do not stay attached to the phone for more than a couple of days. I returned twice to have the cover replaced but yet again it starts to peel and then comes off. I paid £60 for this service which seemed a little steep however it was sold as some sort of magical cover that would last a life time and protect my phone.
I have since asked for a refund however the company are now ignoring me surprise surprise!!!
Dreadful company stay well clear of these thieves!!

Hello I got my phone have a screen protector on it and I been two time get screen protector in with 5 days and it's keeping unstuck I'm not happy with it because it's £55 and if it's unstuck and I'm disabled I don't want keep going back to kiosk

Lakeside intu , mobile outfitters. Today I was ripped off and bad experience by them. First time getting a clear film place over my phone turn out to be a mess. Second time they replaced it with no charge Then turned out they gave my phone case to someone else. It was totally bad as girl said not her fault but it was her responsibility to look after customers phone and case while it is in there hand. KF

I was given the spiel by the salesman at Lakeside this is brillant etc. Charged me £30 and was told any problems go to any branch to sort it. After 2 days the sticker bubbled and fell off. I want to my local branch and was told no mate we are franchised take it back to where you got it from or pay £7 to get it fixed. Was not even over the 14 day free fix period. Total scammers. Luckily my credit card company sorted this for me as no response to emails and there is no phone number to call

Cover looked great when applied (metro centre Gateshead) kept peeling off, paid for it to be replaced 4 times on the 5th they refused to cover the back as it had completely came off. Did not tell me this until I came back to collect it. Still charged the full cost. Poor customer service with four members of staff all standing around playing on their phones. Would seriously recommend you to avoid.

The guys absolutely killed it with my new S10 5G. The matte screen protector on my phone looks so dope and there hasn't been a single scratch on it since!!!

I really wish I had never purchased the full cover from Mobile Outfitters in Meadow Hall Sheffield. I had nothing but problems from the minute I bought it. I took it back within 14 days to ask for my money back, as it was not doing what it said it would. They refused to refund me, but insisted on replacing the full set of covers. I was advised to email them to ask for a refund. I had no response, so I tried again and copied in the head office. I did receive an email from head office saying that the Sheffield branch had nothing to do with them.
I replied and copied in the US head office. US replied and agreed to refund me via Paypal once I had sent them my covers!. UK head office then said they had forwarded my complaint to the Sheffield branch, but I have nothing more, from either of them!!
PLEASE AVOID, they are scammers, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I would still like a response.......

If I could give no stars I would. My brand new phone got scratched through the clear coat cover. I asked for a refund to be told there is nothing they can do. Terrible company avoid!

I have been using this service from the day they appeared in Breahead Glasgow: I have also spoken to Ram Datt on several occasions when he has been there:
The service & Staff are second to none.
As for the product:
I have had EVER phone that my family & I have purchased cover will clearcoat to date.
On Friday I will collect a new IPhone 11 and have already spoken to the guys about a new full cover for it .
I would say FORGET about paying insurance get this fantastic product & protect what your paying your hard earned money out for in the 1st place.

The lifetime warranty is absolutely worthless !!
I took my phone into Thurrock as I had recently had my phone screen replaced as it had broken (the protector obviously didn't work!) and wanted to have the matt cover replaced (the back and side films were still in place.)

I had photos of my receipts from original purchase and a re-wrap when it started to lift off of the front screen.

I was told by the young man there that when the screen was replaced I should have removed the film protecting the screen and stuck it to the original receipt folder because he cant replace the front film as it was missing, only the film that was actually still in place on the phone.

Apparently I was told this at time of purchase - (I most definitely wasn't) and he clearly didn't give a monkeys about customer service.

I took a leaflet / receipt cover and when I got home, I read the terms and conditions and NO WHERE in the T&Cs does it explicitly state you have to present the section of wrap you remove to have the lifetime guarantee actioned.

Section 9 of their T&Cs state:
To have a lifetime replacement you must have to (sic) original Clear-Coat product and your proof of purchase. We will not install a replacement if you do not have your original product and your proof of purchase.

Now bearing in mind that the sides and the back of the phone still had the wrap in place, I would thought that would suffice that you had the purchased their product.

Don't forget that I also photos of the receipts which also details the works carried out (I was advised this photo method was acceptable by the staff in Bullring when I had the film fitted).

Totally unacceptable and misleading and I will be making a complaint to trading standards -

I have emailed customer support but doubt I will get any joy from them if they have the same bad attitude as the young guy in Thurrock.

Interestingly enough, It also states in the T&Cs that verbal abuse is not acceptable to any of their staff members.

Now I totally agree with that no one deserves to be abused in their job, but ask yourself this....., if a company actually puts that in their T&Cs, it means that there are obviously a lot of unhappy disgruntled customers feeling ripped off or disregarded and get angry at the staff.

They also stamp on the receipt 'terms and conditions READ and CONFIRMED' ..again an indicator that they have a lot of issues when people try to claim on the lifetime warranty.

So my advice is avoid this company like the plague and keep your money

UPDATE: I received an email from customer support with a supposedly generous offer of a whole 15% off of a new front cover and they would do the back and sides under warranty (which still costs ) -

Don't waste £55 on this poor quality badly fitted product it will more than likely fail and when it does you will have to pay £12 for them to replace it , or ask for a refund like I have , of course they have not responded to my request

I had 3 iPhone XSs wrapped with clear gloss laminate for the business. All have failed within 2 months. None have received excessive use. Its a real pain having to go back in to get a re-wrap but I did with one of them... it failed again after a month. The rear of the phone half peeled off and I had to pull it off when on holiday. The chap in the Cardiff store wanted to charge me £12 to re-wrap the front for a second time but wouldn't replace the rear as the laminate had gone - even though I had the receipt!! It shouldn't have even failed (for a 2nd time!) but then to have 'Terms and Conditions' quoted at you shows a complete lack of sense and customer service. This product is far too expensive to fail and then to have no support - do NOT use them.

Following my orribile experience from feedback. I replaced it on 03/08/2019 and again a week later because was pilled out but because the person at the shop didn’t do again the receipt (he said: it is in our T&c we do not cover the warranty time if already replaced). He didn’t give to me any poof of replacement and now I have to pay it again also if is less than 14 days from last replace date. It is unbelievable. Poor quality and service

Absolutely awful experience with these people. I paid £50 to ‘protect my phone’, with confirmation (albeit not a guarantee, but they were confident) that the wrap should withstand my 1yr old chewing my phone, dropping my phone etc. Within a couple of days the skin began to peel away, and that’s before my child had managed to get his hands on it! I visited the kiosk to ask for a refund and re-visited 4 more times in all, each time I was told to “email customer services” as the minions on the desk basically have zero responsibility in their role. Oh, apart from being able to use a hairdryer to apply the wrap to your phone obviously. I emailed customer services on a daily basis over the course of a month and I did eventually receive a refund, but their email responses are extremely unprofessional; no email signature and no reference to the company. Please don’t waste your money on this tripe

Just got a skin and screen protector for my S10+ it looks amazing with the Army Camo on the back and the mat screen doesn't show any fingerprints. Amazing Value for money, great product 👍🏼🥰
