Anybody visiting the Birmingham store make sure you are served by a young lad named Omar he was very honest imvormitive and professional.Even though I never had work done in the end it was a pleasure been served by someone who knew what they were doing. Omar is a credit to this firm.

I had one fitted at a cost of £50 it did not get through 24 hours before all 4 corners came off.emailed customer service not interested at all I ask for a refund NO . DO NOT BUY ONE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. ITS A CON

This product is not worth the hefty price tag and does not last. They will replace any of the peeling product but you have to pay £12 and if you have lost any of it (it comes in multiple pieces) they won’t replace that part, which forces you to pay the full £50 price again. Absolute rip off and you’d be better spending the money on a case or phone insurance!

I live in Harrogate and got my new phone when I was visiting my family in the Lakeside Thurrock stall having used Mobile outfitters and the companies that preceeded it I was more than happy to use them again.

I decided to get my front and back done. Issue 1 the chap told me it would be £85 quid despite this adding up to £70 quid I corrected him and he claimed he was correct and seemed to be making prices up after querying it with his colleague he said it was £70 quid no apologies or anything but I thought ok quality product (spoiler it is not)

So anyways the usual shtick you go away for 30 mins like said on this occassion that turned out to be just under an hour. I inspected the phone bit sharp round the corners but this is normal and usually them settle so not concerned.

Got home to Yorkshire and after 1 day the sticker over the camera fell off day 2 bubbles under the corner of the screen (which are growing to the day) day 3 a chunk of the side fell off.

I contacted the email address for customer service and after 4 emails being passed around the us and uk customer service got told they can extend my warantee as there are no shops within an hour of my home they said fine I thought great no issues.

Today is the straw that broke the camels back I go there show the man (used lightly) the emails... nope can't accept that pay me £20 I told him no as I have been in contact with the customer service he still said no when I queried he just said its not protocol and blamed me for the damage which occured within normal warantee.

Instead of helping me he was completely abrasive horrible rude and stand offish never in my life will I ever return to Mobile Outfitters as all they seem to want is to charge me a fee to fix despite them telling me they would do it for free.

Asked if I could speak to someone from head office above him he said no they don't take calls and I probably wouldnt get a reply on a Saturday.

Now out of pocket for £70 thoroughly insulted and infuriated I have no alternative but to leave a review of how terrible they are.

Terrible product, even worse customer service. People doing the customer service emails can’t even spell !!!! Sales assistants are nice, not their fault they have to sell such a rubbish product.

This is based on the experience at the Victoria Square kiosk in Belfast. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was told clear coating my Xperia 5 would take 20-30 minutes. Came back after 40 minutes and not ready. Went away and 30 minutes later I returned again to find it was ready... Told them I would wait and about 20 minutes after that it was ready. Looks to be a decent job. I was tied up for another ten minutes more due to the card machine not working. Couldn't catch a break.

Had my Samsung s9 wrapped 5 months ago to find out its peeling off on the sides . Been back to the kiosk to find that they wont to charge me £13.00 pounds for replacing the sides etc. (JOKE)
I would not recommend it to anyone the service is crap and the product is crap save your money and buy a case .

Terrible! Had clear coat on my phone for around a month, dropped my phone once and it smashed. Went back to the kiosk I got it done (Victoria square Belfast) and the best they could offer me was 20% off a £50 new screen. I am now very hesitant to use this company again!
Would not co-operate in giving me any contact numbers or emails for head office or anyone else I could speak to.
Terrible customer service and no sign of good will or understanding.
Tried to insist it was something to do with how I dropped the phone, as if it was my fault the protection that promised to cover 20ft drops didn’t protect against a 3ft drop.

Do not purchase this product. The marketing is misleading. It does not protect a face drop from 3ft let alone the 20ft they say. The after care service is about the worst experience you will ever have. They are dismissive and will not do the right thing, which is one apologise for this happening. There has been no offer of a goodwill gesture. They would not give me back my original clear coat as they said it was theirs!!! And to add insult to injury would not waver the £12 for the new coat they had just put on and said I would have to try and claim it back from customer service!!!!! Who are appalling to deal with. Take your chances on a £5 one off ebay. They WILL not engage in communication over the phone. All done by email only 😡

Got my iPad Air 2019 clear coated yesterday and when I got home, it was all peeling away from the edges.
So I went back there today and they redone it all and within 2 hours it was peeling away again.

I contacted their Facebook page and they tried ignoring it until I sent another message and all they had to say is for me to email them.

So yeah my opinion is to stay away and just get a case, it’s cheaper, doesn’t peel away and to be honest probably a lot more protection

Got my iPhone 11 Pro Max done in the Belfast store today and delighted with the outcome. I had the best service from Karl, he was friendly and explained the whole process to me.

Great product. Utterly solid and highly recommended. Have all my devices done by this company great service and professional installation

I have to say I used mobile outfitters in Glasgow when they first opened and then in Manchester 2 years ago and today just got 3 I phones 11 and 11 pro and pro max protected and truly amazing. I can’t thank r and his team at bullring Birmingham what a professional service and amazing customer service in helping what products best suit me for our needs.

I will tell all and continue to use this amazing company for all our devices and just simply don’t understand why people complain when all the terms and conditions are explained properly and installation fees that need to be paid for labour too. I thank you once again and keep up the amazing work of expansion it’s great to know you guys are everywhere now !!!

I did my mobile protection from their kiosk in Amman, Jordan.

The thing is that their skin makes my screen look grainy, blurry and pixelated! So I had to remove it!

Very upset that I had to pay around $53 for something that not even worth $3!

Do not use this company I have emailed and called and had no refund from them after there product failed 4 times!!!

Miserable!!!! Keep Away from this shop at all cost!! they damaged my phone, their liquid glue penetrated inside my phone and it resulted in damaging my camera and the home button!!! my phone got destroyed with their bad service, not only they didn't compensate me, they even ignored my calls! I even got blocked from their WhatsApp! miserable customer service!
Their head office didn't help at all as well, I tried to contact them hoping they could help, sending them all the videos and supporting documents of my damaged phone, but they simply avoided to get involved!!! horrible experience, awful service and product, and miserable customer service!

I did my mobile protection from outfitters in Dubai and after one week the screen protector came off and I paid them 217 UAE Durham. They said it’s a life long protection .I came to UK again I did it in Manchester and I paid £12 for the service charge but again after a week it’s came off .its a really waste of money.
I never recommend this and it’s really rubbish...

Amazing customer services , friendly staff; got it done in the new store in Hammersmith. Best phone protection I’ve ever had for my iPhone XR will never need to repair again

Rubbish protector, paid £55 for it. The front screen has scratches, it says on the receipt I have warranty. When I went to get it replaced he was asking for £12 for installation, even with the warranty I had on it. Surely it should be for free because its a faulty product.
