Knebelverträge von 6 Monate Kündigungsfrist. Keine Kulanz. Hohe Monatsabopreise schlechte Transparenz. Ein Abowechsel ist nicht (zu einem höheren) um weniger KW Preise zu zahlen ist nicht per sofort möglich sondern braucht 24-48h. Man zahlt also per sofort den Abopreis und lädt dann immer noch zum schlechteren Tarif. Der Kunde ist kein Freund bei Move sondern ein Feind. Komisch nur ohne Kunde keine Existenzberechtigung! Darüber hinaus, wird nach Austritt (Ende des Abo), munter weiter Abopreise belastet.
