A very stress free experience. Move in Matters were very professional and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Our moving date was constantly changing but Virpi told us not to worry and they would work with us. There was no requirement for a 'late key/entry waiver' in case we were delayed in getting access to our new home. The guys packed up everything and it all ended up in the right place. They have gone above and beyond for us in every way possible! From the initial contact all the way through to the move they have been fantastic. They are very kind people who have provided excellent customer service. They have been very empathetic and considerate. We recieved a professional service to a high standard throughout. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Brilliant from start to finish. All queries were handled quickly and efficiently by Virpi and the removal team were on time and very professionally. Really polite and friendly and the service was exceptional- used them 9 years ago for my mums move and the service is still just as good. Highly recommend

We were recommended Move In Matters through word of mouth and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. The whole team, led by Jack, were extremely helpful and efficient during our move within Oxford. They were polite and communicative with us during both the packing and the move, and took good care of our belongings. They clearly enjoyed and took pride in their work. When two chest of drawers couldn’t be dismantled easily, Gabriel came and saved the day!

What a fantastic company. Gabrielle was head of our moving team, and he didn't give an inch. On time, perfectly done. Gabrielle and his team were polite, fast, considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. I can not recommend this company enough. Thank you Gabrielle it was pleasure working with you.

Summer started the day they came to pack us up. How they worked all that day & the next in those temperatures I do not know. They were always polite & positive & worked smoothly as a team led by Gabriel. No time to get all their names but I remember Max & Steve & another guy who took incredible care with all my delicate china & ornaments. We were downsizing which brings special problems & Gabriel was very good at making us stop & think carefully about where we wanted things. Everything arrived safely and in the right place - the new house or storage. A brilliant job, thank you guys and thank you Paul and Virpi who fitted our move in at the last minute.

Fantastic, helpful, nothing a problem.
Delivered extra boxes before I moved. On moving day, the two chaps were excellent. Very speedy, very careful.
One cheap storage box was on it's last legs and didn't survive the move - they were so apologetic when it collapsed, yet it wasn't their fault.
Highly recommend.

I was in the middle of a disastrous move when I called Verpi at 5pm to rescue me with an emergency move the next day. These people are my heroes and were absolutely amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them - they went well beyond what I expected. From start to finish Move In Matters have been fab! The team were flexible when our moving date changed, which was a huge weight off our minds. I am rarely wowed or that impressed by service these days, but these guys were amazing. AMAZING.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were polite, respectful, careful, considerate, helpful, positive, can-do. I could go on!! They really went above and beyond (an example being that they dismantled a fitted wardrobe at the new house to make space for our wardrobe) all with good humour, a smile and whilst taking great care of our belongings.

Absolutely brilliant. From our quote to the fact they were so flexible when our move date changed. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys were amazing at loading all of our belongings and then through the heat of last week they moved us safely 120 miles away and unloaded and made sure everything was out in its place. So helpful and polite…

From the visit to quote, arranging the actual date and then the packing and removals, I couldn’t fault them.
So polite, so careful with all my belongings and worked really really hard on a couple of very hot days to get everything done.
Didn’t mind when there was a delay getting the key from the agent, nothing was too much trouble.

I couldn’t fault them at all. The team made, what is a stressful time, so much easier. Nothing was too much effort and every single member of the team was delightful - polite, kind and incredibly hard working. The price was really competitive too. All in all a superb service. From the outset, this was a great experience. Doing the basics like turning up to quote when they said they would, to accommodating a couple of moving date changes. This company is truly customer focussed.

If you are moving home and want a stress free experience, you cannot go wrong. The team packed our belongings and moved us in with no involvement from us.

Even when challenged with a very large piece of furniture in a very tight space they were supreme. I cannot express just how much stress they removed from our moving experience.

We had MIM Harry and Louis a few days ago for our moving, we have a lot of stuff including a piano and a tall steam closet, the two young men were very friendly and took care of the things carefully and efficiently. Highly recommend MIM.
