Move now properties have been fantastic, they have helped us all the way with our house move which was daunting as we are first time Buyers. Jack Reynolds was especially helpful and maintained a high level of communication, and answered any questions we had as quick as possible. We didn’t feel like we had to ring regularly for an update as he kept us in the loop all the way. So to sum it up, we have been very happy with the service provided.

I used Movenow to sell a property recently and from the start I was very impressed with their service. Jack Reynolds in particular was outstanding. Movenow were competitively priced, did an excellent job with the sales particulars and secured a sale quickly. Fabulous work - I could not have asked for more.

Samantha was very helpful and gave good advice when we saw her to discuss the sale of our late mother's property. The property was sold after only a matter of weeks of going on sale, and the whole process went very smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I was selling with another estate agent in the Wakefield district for around 7 months with a total of 5 views. After being told about Move Now I enquired and within one month I had double the number of views, and in the second month I received the offer and completed. The whole process was as smooth as you could ask for and the people I dealt with were great. Will certainly use again in the future, wouldn’t even consider switching to another.

Avoid this agency at all costs! My experience with Gemma Carter (Assistant Manager) and Samantha Moate (Managing Director) has been appalling. The boiler hasn’t worked properly since I moved in, and I was told to buy an oil heater at my own expense and wait 23 days for a repair. A collapsed roof with water dripping onto live wires was met with no urgency. Gemma failed to address these critical issues, and Samantha called me to discuss the problems but was rude, hostile, and talked over me the entire time. They clearly think it’s acceptable to live in a property with a non-functioning boiler, a leaking roof, and mould and damp throughout. The property was clearly not checked before being rented out, leaving my daughter and me in unsafe and uninhabitable conditions. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant welfare is disgraceful—this so-called 'estate agent' should be ashamed of how they treat their tenants.

We sold our property with Movenow properties after it had been on the market with another agent for several months. We found them to be really efficient and proactive in identifying suitable buyers with a sale agreed in the first week of listing. If only we’d chosen them from the start!

My property had been on the market with an alternative estate agent for a number of months with limited interest. I engaged with Move Now Properties as a result of this and the service I received was excellent throughout.
They listed the property within a couple of days of my initial enquiry and it sold within a week of the advert being placed.
There were a few delays with the buyers solicitor which Move Now did everything they could to resolve. Katie was especially helpful and communicated updates throughout the process.
