I had a vehicle shipped from Oakland CA to Dallas TX. Micheal was my agent . The car was delivered on time and no damage.

Fast service good price and mike was very understanding

Michael did a very good job of getting my M25A2 truck moved from CT to FL. Be sure to tell him your budget and he will work with you to get a good deal.

I’ve used them several times because their prices are good, but I’ve had many problems with them.
1. They delivered my car to the wrong address in Florida. Super inconvenient for me to find it.
2. The driver picking up my car in Michigan had me come to a busy main road on a snowy day for pick up even after I told them where he should meet me.
3. They charged my credit card on file without asking me if that was ok.
4. They gave me the wrong delivery day and told me it was “impossible” to know when the driver could deliver even thought he was already on route.
They should know exactly where their drivers are but for some reason they don’t.
Their communication is absolutely terrible with too many people involved in the shipping process.

Had a great experience with MoverJet! Valerie and her team were highly responsive and handled things very professionally. Would use again.

Spoke with Michael through the entire process, and he helped me out tremendously. Had a few delays regarding the transportation of my vehicle, and I wish that he communicated a little better regarding the entire process. Other than that, my vehicle was transported safely and a fair cost in terms of the distance of the trip. Will definitely be contacting again for another vehicle if need be.

Ann was very helpful right from the start to end. She answered questions patiently and also helped me contact the delivery company when needed.
Pickup and delivery were on time and no damage was incurred to the vehicle in transit.
Overall, would strongly recommend using them!

It was a smooth and easy process. I was in contact with Ann and she made things simple from start to finish. She got me in contact with a driver - once I agreed to his rate (which was reasonable) and followed up throughout the entire process to make sure everything went right. Ann even checked in once the process was complete…would definitely use this company again.

I noticed unprofessional practices that made me feel uncomfortable doing business with them. I do not recommend this service. They give one price first and then change it.

I believe this broker lacks transparency. The information regarding costs and processes doesn't match what they initially promised. They gave me one price at the beginning and then raised the fee.

The most amazing service, employees and prices! They communicated and accommodated my very weird situation, waited an extra 15 hours for my car to be ready!!!! And delivered it with no issues BEFORE the estimated time. Every customer service rep was respectful, responsive and helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!!

From Start to Finish, great experience. I worked with Ann Summers who made this whole process a breeze from start to finish. Following up when I hadnt responded within a few days to make sure I still needed transport to making sure all the questions that I had were answered clearly with as much information as possible. After the contract was signed Ann made sure to give me updates on the status of the transport until a driver was found. She made sure that I had all the resources I needed to make sure that I was comfortable with everything and ensured a smooth delivery of my motorcycle.
Cannot recommend Ann enough to anyone looking to ship their bike or car, she will make sure that everything is taken care with the utmost professionalism.
