After booking your services it was so helpful to receive the continuing updates on acquiring transport for my vehicle. The whole process went smoothly and was arranged quite quickly.
Liza texted me frequently during the process. If I had questions, she was in contact with me very quickly. Even after pickup she kept me informed about the ETA.

Very unhappy with the way this company handled my transport, my initial quote was for $350 to transport from Carlsbad to San Jose, I asked Liza if it was a firm quote because I did not want any surprises, she then says $400 is a firm quote and I reiterated “will it change or is that a solid quote” and she reassures me that yes it is a firm quote so I sign a contract for $400. The day before they are to pick up my car she tells me it’s going to be $550! On such short notice I have no choice and have to go through with it, she books it and then transporter is 2 days late! She also tells me that I will be updated throughout the transport but I had to call the transporter company myself for updates, I will be processing a charge back with my credit card for the deposit/up front fee to them, extremely unhappy with the way this was handled but I have found out when shopping around that ALL transport company are shysters, they are only brokers and do not transport themselves, thus the lowball bids to suck you in then bait and switch you a day before once it’s too late for the customer to make other arrangements, I will never transport another vehicle again. As for the transporter themselves, they were pretty good.

Tyler was very patient with us as we tried to find a carrier at our budgeted price. He was easy to get ahold of and very communicative. It was a smooth process. Thank you!

When beginning my search to relocate my RV several states away I was contacted by several agencies willing to assist me, all within a similar cost point. Ann set herself and her company apart with straight forward professional communication, always responsive but without being annoying.
Ann made it as easy as it could be for me and I definitely appreciate her efforts.

They asked for discount on an order that we delivered. Customer did not ask for discount they asked it a week after we delivered the car. We call it robbing. Worst experience for me with them. They don't treat carriers good. As a carrier I don't advise them at all.

From the moment we contacted the company, Ann Summers was our contact and she kept us informed throughout the whole process. All parties stuck to the timeframe that was layed out, the car was picked up on the day we requested and the driver called and texted us his location so everyone was on the same page. The car was delivered on the day that was requested and the again the driver called and texted us the location for pickup. It was seamless and the communication between all parties was excellent.

I have worked with Jane for two years now to ship múltiple cars to and from California. She has been so patient and helpful. There was a problem with one of the drivers and she took care of it in a tímely manner and reassured me that she would take care of everything and she did just that.
