These guys went above and beyond to make my move easy. They were on time, polite, professional, and careful. Most importantly they were organized and helpful when I felt chaotic and overwhelmed. Great team effort!

Amazing experience. I was so stressed out because my husband had 50 more boxes and tons of clothes. We moved out of a one bedroom 5 th floor walk up into a high rise . They had the best attitude . They didn't let me see them sweat even with all the snapfoos that happened . They made the move seem less and easy

Ricardo and his team were truly incredible. They were professional and efficient. They handled our belongings and furniture with care, and they were insanely speedy. Got the job done with 2 three floor walk-ups and two person's worth of belongings in under 3 hours. highly recommended

We had a great experience with Movers, Not Shakers. They moved us from a 4th floor walk-up in Park Slope and the guys did a great job with all our furniture. They were efficient and very nice, we would definitely use them again!

We have used Movers, Not Shakers twice in a year. It was a no brainer to call them again for our second move. Greg helped to set us up both times and is efficient and professional. He set us up with all of the bins and boxes each time and was helpful in setting up the number of boxes and containers. He also set us up with the same moving team led by Alex who we have nothing but high praise. They were efficient but careful. The team was very detail oriented in both the move out and move in process. Alex's team were all super friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Moving is a stressful process and working with Greg as well as Alex's team made it easier. We would recommend without any hesitation to all of our friends and family.

A great service with a very hard working onsite crew: personable, quick and nothing lost or broken. But the sales administration was rude.

I was skeptical at first just because it has always felt like a shady industry. They put me at ease. Their crew leader was polite, as well as the rest of the crew. They came in prepared and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would and already have recommended them to friends.

Moving = Stress, especially when it's a large office move like ours was. They get that, and do everything they can to relieve that stress as much as possible. The sales people were friendly and answered all of our questions quickly. They were available to us whenever we needed them. Vanessa was a dream - friendly, great sense of humor, and took excellent care of us.

The move itself was incredibly fast! We moved 12 offices worth of furniture, computers, art, files, and even our plants, and it took less than 2 hours to have everything downstairs and in the truck, and even less to get it all into the new office. The moving crew was friendly, funny, accommodating, communicative and extremely professional. We were able to talk them through everything in about 5 minutes, and then just sit back and let them do their job. We did our move in two chunks about a week apart, and both crews were amazing.

Also, the price was way better than other companies we got quotes from, and you could just tell the other companies were out to nickle and dime! Not this company. What you see is what you get, and what you get is the best possible moving experience out there.

Seriously, if you're worried about moving at all, just hire Movers Not Shakers, and then sit back and relax while they do an amazingly superb job! We cannot recommend them more highly.

Quick service, professional and reliable. The movers showed up on time, had confirmed they'd be arriving about 15 minutes prior. Moving my studio apartment took only about 90 mins.
They were not the cheapest moving company (I had gotten 2 other quotes) but the quoting process was easy and previous reviews made them look most trustworthy. Recommend them to anyone who wants to turn the hassles of moving into a breeze.

Very happy with the team from Movers, Not Shakers. They arrived exactly on time, loaded our stuff up super fast, were kind and courteous to us and our neighbors, and got us into our new place in record time. The guys were all great and we enjoyed spending the day with them. Can't say enough good things about the experience.

My family and I have used Movers Not Shakers 6 times in the past 2 years with the last move at the end of December 2016. They were professional, caring, on-time, fast and friendly. As a former customer, they give you a discount on your other moves. My mom was alive the first time we used them and Mark, the owner, was fantastic with her. His guys put the landlord's stove in the basement so my mom could use hers, they moved the washer and dryer as well so we could install ours, all for the same price. Nothing extra even with the basement a flight of stairs below. You will not be sorry if you use them and remember you get what you pay for. So, if you find a mover who is half the price, you'll probably get half the service.
