I like this gym a lot, great classes and instructors. Pilates Reformer machines are better than most too.

Forgot to cancel my on demand subscription (which must be done by email through the platform and isn’t easy to find) and was told I could not get my money back (on this occasion, whatever that means Jordan), despite contacting within a few hours of being charged. I was really sold by their brand as I previously went to their studio classes and enjoyed it but they completely lost a client because of this! They need to change their refund policy (these details are not clear before you sign up) , it’s very scammy.

I have tried to cancel many many times, I can’t afford my subscription as I’ve lost my job and it’s another expense I don’t have the luxury of however to cancel you have to email and they DO NOT respond. I’ve tried many many times over the space of the last couple of months and nothing so I have now had to go through my bank. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and seems I’m not the only person who has had this issue. Apparently they think it’s fine to ignore and continue to charge all members who want to cancel…. Shameful!

This is not about the classes themselves but about the fact that you cannot unsubscribe easily from their online services. This is now my second month of trying to leave and they will not get in contact me or even respond to the message I send.

I really liked the classes but at the end of the financial year they cancelled the credits I had in my account (£30) to balance their books. I won't be returning due to this. I thought this was a very strange practice.

As someone who has tried for years to get into exercise and ultimately failed after a few weeks, because I hated it, the online classes have been amazing. I actually look forward to my classes and instructors are all so nice and make it really fun. Starting to notice a difference in my body and stamina which is so motivating!

This is simply the best " better than all the best " as they say.
Great locations spotlesd premises staff always 10 out of 10 . Classes have the most highly polished teachers in London. Professional knowledge and always make fitness fun whats not to love about all this ?

I am a huge fan of Frame. Their whole ethos has made someone like me, who is practically allergic to exercise, jump in with both feet. The instructors are brilliant, the timetables are plentiful, the classes are fun and imaginative. It's expensive but SO worth it. Their customer service is good too. I can't wait for their studios to re-open, but in the meantime I'm doing their online classes, which have been great. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Frame is truly the best fitness studio I've ever been to. Great range of classes, really friendly staff, great atmosphere, brill decor, and good locations.

Been a member for a year now. As much as I like the studio and classes I asked if I can cancel the membership for the following month due to health and COVID concerns. Couldn't belive they actually said its not possible. Is not easy for anyone, I totally understand, but it's completely crazy that there is zero compassion to their customers. Will not be renewing my membership with them again.

Great, motivational classes and a good variety to choose from (and a great soundtrack too!). The instructors are awesome. Thanks for making me love exercising Frame! Couldn’t recommend more 👏

Been going to Frame for years and particularly love the Lift and Ass & Abs classes. Studio staff are always friendly and energetic and covid measures are in place to make everything feel clean and safe!

Signed up as a member late last year and wanted to cancel my membership, as I wasn’t attending classes. Contacted the membership team 10 days ago and still haven’t heard back, despite sending two follow up emails. While I appreciate things can’t be easy for gyms and such like, I’d expect to hear back within the week (if not the advised 48 hours). Very poor customer service

Cannot access On Demand online classes despite paying and being sent access code.
I have sent a query 3 times. No response. I have money in my Frame account and had been a happy framer until now. Very poor service.

Great classes and instructors. I especially enjoy being able to attend rebounding, as no other gym in London offer this type of exercise. Highly recommend it, way better than running :) Also, the studios are colourful and fun.

I absolutely love Frame. I find all the staff to be amazing, from FOH to online they are so helpful and welcoming. The instructor are super friendly and I always feel comfortable in the classes. There is a wide range of classes available with many different instructors, each giving something a little different.

LOVE this gym! Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Boxing....all amazing classes with trained and friendly staff. Plus great locker rooms and facilities.

First of all, I was just so happy to be back exercising with Frame! The instructors are great and the vibe and resulting endorphins even better. I worked out in the open air of Coal Drops in Kings Cross, so I felt very safe. It was so great, especially after the lockdown.

Excellent customer service.
It was easy to book a class and also to buy one of their products.
