I have ordered unlocking code, and in respond they send me PC unlocking method that didnt work, there's no support afterwords, no respond to emails or paypal dispute
At the end they refund but you have to go, and make a trustpilot review to get them goinf, thats why i change my star

I got a Samkey account but I had "0 reamaining balance" in the software, so I cant calculate the unlock code for my device.

paid 12 bucks for a unlock code 14 days ago, still not received it, I've asked for a refund and sent lots of e-mails but no response from these wasters

Movical helped me unlock my LG MS450 Metro Pcs. I provided imei and they gave me two codes. 1 code didn't work but other code unlocked phone quickly. I just put sim of different phone company and my phone shows "unlock" button. I click unlock button and put code from Movical. If one code doesn't work, make sure to use other code. Thank You

No response to emails asking for help.

What can I do to get a response?

I'm sorry for giving you 1 star but you said you'll give me the code within 1-6 hours and there's still nothing. I payed more money to get it fast but you lied about this. In case you ask, the IMEI is 861691046878843. If you can't give me the code today I want a refund.

UPDATE as of 23 August:
After my complain and negative feedback they offered me the support of another more prepared operator who fixed the bug and solved the problem. They also refunded me. Thanks to GABOXMETAL.

I asked for frp unlock and operator sim unlock for my Galaxy S6 and pay immediately. In the next two days only one answer to my emails with links to download (one of them didn't works but no help from they...I contacted they by whatsapp and only one greet (hola...). Incredible!! But the best is arriving: after 3 days they finally answered and I asked only for operator unlock because in the meanwhile I unlocked the frp myself. The man began to works with Teamviewer and with the first flash he completely blocked the phone. He tried and tried with other flashes but was not able to solve the problem HE CREATED. The phone was bricked, the recovery mode didn't work and didn't download any firmware. Was completely unusable and the only thing he said was: You have problems with you PC... I propose to use another PC with Teamviewer but he didn't answer anymore. You should pay me for the damage if you're not able to unblock the phone. If you ask for their help is at your own risk. They are not willing to refund in case of damage. NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT SERIOUS.

Movical why been working with you for long time. I promise a customer to unlock her phone. I order USB unlock for Huawei( Device not supported) I contacted you but no reply. Give an estimate for receiving code and break it, set new estimate, break it again. They do not respond to emails. Online help is a bot, which is completely useless. Only way to get a response is by using paypal, so you can get a refund. Oh and always check trustpilot first before you pay money to anyone.
Huawei Pro 20

Was sent a way to open the phone with a USB cable as there was no other way to unlock the phone. Unfortunately that means is only via a Windows pc which I borrowed however it still did not unlock the phone as says there is an error in connection when getting to read the phone. The messenger app is automated so you can't get any help there either and email is still awaited. This is for Huawei mate 20 pro.
