Ordered unlock, received an email telling that unlock code was not in database, and that I need to contact support. Contacted support and told me to pay him "personally" for English support for an additional $5. The website did not show that you need to pay for that anywhere at that time. The Emails they sent were in English as well. Requested a refund, waited 72 hours and nothing. Submitted a dispute with PayPal. Do not deal with this company.

Never buy with them. They never send the code. I contacted 3 times their customer service email info@movical. net to have a refund (imei number sent) and they never answer back. AI Messenger on facebook only answer back in spanish.
I want a REFUND.
Never trust this fake company!
They only take your money and never give their service.

Purchased an unlock code. Was emailed by them two days later saying code was not available even though they advertised as available. They sent a software link which was of no use either. They promise a refund if codes can't be supplied. The problem is they won't give you a refund and keep making excuses. Had to get PayPal to sort getting a refund as Movical would not acknowledge any emails.

Payed and received the link, but no code.
I followed their instructions and the phone wasn’t even detected by the software.

The only reason I've bought a code is because I've used PayPal and I knew that will get my money back.Finally after opening despite on PayPal and after 2 months I have my money back, so please read reviews before purchase from them.

They don't respond when contacted, Their software won't download, and they refuse to refund your money and speak no English..SCAM SCAM SCAM..They will tell u they will give u a code but can't find one for your device and give u software instead and take your money...ONCE U GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY YOU DONT GET IT BACK NO MATTER WHAT CAUSE THEY SAY THEY PROVIDED SOFTWARE INSTEAD. They send me a Username and password, when i try to login I receive a message "SamKEY, new version available:3.21" When I try to download the software, my computer block me and send me a message (website Blocked). I try to contact the by reply to their email; I received an email back in Spanish. apparently it's a money lost.

Purchased unlock code by imei for Huawei Y6 (2018) which they prominently feature as unlock able on the site. Soon after got an email explaining the unlock by imei had failed and given a link to software to unlock instead.

I followed the link and drivers and software installed all OK but when it came to the unlock sequence it gave the error: device unsupported.

Now it is hopeless trying to contact them by messenger as they only have a bot that talks back to you in spanish that mocks your cries for help. Rating ZERO

How am I supposed to contact anyone?
Why is a phone short listed that they can't unlock?

Requested an unlock code for Huawei, but after a couple of minutes got an email saying that an unlock code was not available, but I could use the USB method instead. However, when I tried to run the HCU program the username / password I had been given were invalid.

Tried to find contact details (email), but could only find the Facebook chat-bot.

Tried emailing paypal@movical, support@movical and using the domain admin email, but no replies.

EDIT: Shortly after posting this negative review someone contacted me from info@movical asking for a screen shot. I supplied this and the following day updated username / password were supplied which allowed the HCU program to run and unlock the phone.

I still believe that they deserve a negative review because:

1) The original order for an unlock code was not fulfilled and instead I had to use the USB method.

2) The originally supplied username / password did not work

3) No contact details were provided - I tried a few possibilities but did not get a reply.

4) It seems from my experience, and the experience of others here, that they only way to get them to react is by leaving a negative review!

5) The HCU unlock program can be freely download and tokens to run it can be bought for EUR 4 from DC Unlocker - so the price charged by Movical is greatly inflated!

Very very dissapointed with the service. Whole company looks like a scam. I checked if the phone I want to unlock is supported and got a result that it is. Choose to unlock by code, paid the fee and literally 5 minutes later recived an email that this model is not supported for unlock by code but via USB will work for sure. Got attached quite detailed instructions, followed them and... got an error.

Tried to contact this company for a refund, but Messenger Bot is only in Spanish, even if you change language it goes back to spanish when you click to proceed. Send two emails and nothing, no response..

Keep away from them as it's not worth neither your time or money..

Someone from the company contacted me and send a refund. Still, situation like that shouldn't happen that in the database the phones that can't be unlocked (or can but with different method) are listed. Quite suprised (positivly!) that got a refund and matter is resolved.

Looks like a scam company, the order status seems to go in a cycle with the same old messages appearing about trying alternative servers etc.

I've ordered unlock codes before elsewhere and they arrive after a few hours or you get a refund quickly.

I paid, and asked the company to research the unlock code for my Alcatel smart phone on December 24; I received an immediate email that I would have the code within 1 to 6 hours. No code received. Three days later, I wrote to them again. They asked me to be patient, and wait another few days, as they were sending the request to a high authority. I agreed. After waiting another 5 days, I wrote them again. NOTHING. I finally emailed them and asked for a refund per their 100% guarantee results. Guess what: NO REPLY !! So I followed up with a complaint to PayPal ..... PayPal said that they would debit the Movical account for my refund, and investigate this matter fully. So, be aware, this may be a scam, or it may not be, but for me, it was a SCAM !!

UPDATE: 13, January 2018: This in reply to the reply from Movical: I have always check my spam folder (every day) and nothing from Movial has been delivered there; all the emails have come to my "in box". Nice try !! I have never receive any communications from Movical once I requested a refund, and I emailed them twice or three times to find out when I was to receive my unlock code. After several tries to communicate with them and with NO REPLIES), I had no other choice, but to file a complaint with PayPal. Funny thing happened after I filed the complaint ........... I received a full refund the same day !! . Now you figure if this company is upfront, can do the job, or a scam . I choose to find a company who is more responsive, and is better prepared to handle customers issues, and doesn't string them along with hope of a result, and then leaves then flat. There are so many choices, in my opinion, this is not a good one.
