Max and Nicola were brilliant throughout the selling process. They managed all the viewings, kept me updated, and helped us secure a great price. Once we agreed a sale, they made sure there were no unnecessary delays and liased with solicitors on both sides really proactively. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone.

Guy was super knowledgeable and honest. He was approachable and would put me at ease through this very stressful house move (nothing to do with Guy!) communication was amazing and can't fault it! What an amazing experience I have had !! from having my house up for sale with another agent, for over one year!! Guy is the ultimate professional, but with a great sense of humour. He guided me , very patiently through each step, from beginning to end . He vetted all viewers , making sure they were suitable and Guy was always ready to answer my questions quickly, by phone, email or text.

I'm extremely disappointed and angry at the experience I have had with this company, more so because I really wanted to use them as I have heard such good things about Andy. I met with Andy on tues 27th May, I made sure I was promp and replied to him straight away when he wanted to confirm our appointment as I wouldn't mess anyone about. We met at my house and I was feeling happy and confident speaking to him and what he had to say and his knowledge in selling houses. He told me that he would then get back to me in regards to our valuation. After a week I did start to wonder when I would hear from him as there had been no communication so I messaged him on his works mobile. There was no reply and after 10 days/ 2 weeks I did start to worry of he was ok and maybe there was a good reason for the lack of communication. I then sent an email to another agent to ask for help but was again ignored. I emailed Andy and tried to ring him, I even put another request on the moving you Web page to request a call back to discuss my valuation but everytime I have been ignored. It took alot of work getting my house ready to be viewed, having to take the time off work and make sure 3 children were also out of the house. Also the fact that Andy messaged me on the day of the appointment to confirm it, but then decided he would completely ignore me after is quite honestly really shocking and disrespectful to me as I would never have let him down and wasted his time. If he was not interested in selling our property for whatever reason a simple email would have been courteous. I had recommended him to my clients as I am in contact with alot of people, but they also will not be using him now as it's impossible for me to recommended this company. It's just all very unnecessary and a really unprofessional way to run a business!

I met Guy along with another estate agent when it came to selecting an agent to help sell our house, and Guy was a clear choice based on his professionalism, the information he provided us, his manner, attitude and comforting demeanour. Selling your house is stressful and everything about Guy’s process including the way he communicated with us when it came to booking in viewings, the explanations he gave to us for any advice he gave, his calmness when sometimes our schedule didn’t fit with potential viewings etc were absolutely brilliant. Guy made the selling of our house an absolute breeze and he sold our house within a week for an excellent price. We could not have been happier with our choice of agent and would absolutely recommend Guy to anyone looking to move in Bristol.

I wanted to make an appointment to view the house. I was contacted the first day. However, they said they would talk to the seller about a suitable day and call me the next day. When I call, I can't reach them. They have been sending me messages for the last 4 days saying they will get back to me at a suitable time. Even though I told them I was expecting your call, they never called back. When you want to call, you can't talk to the person. If this is a difficult situation at first, I can't think about what comes next.
